Part 26: Meeting

     The second that Jungkook entered the area that Jin, Namjoon and Jimin were in, Jimin immediately ran up to him and hugged him.

"Where were you? You were gone for so long, I thought something happened to you!" Jimin frantically as he held him tightly.

"I found this path that took me to a lake we're a girl lived. Speaking of which, put these on." Jungkook said, handing each one a necklace, then putting his on.

"Why do we need to put them on?" Namjoon said skeptical while Jin felt around the necklace.

"It's a necklace that has a protection spell enchanted into. The person wearing it will be protected from any spells trying to be cast on them." Jungkook said with a smile. Namjoon looked over at Jin to get confirmation of what Jungkook said.

"He's right. It's a necklace that was made to protect people. Where did you get it from Jungkook?" Jin asked in wonder.

"The girl in the woods. She was kinda freaked out because I got through the spells that she had placed around her territory and I had to explain I didn't mean any harm. We got to talking about the meeting and how I had a bad feeling about going. She confirmed that there is a bad person there that's trying to take over and kill her. I asked her if she had anything that me and my pack members could use and she gave me these necklaces." Jungkook said, smiling while everyone looked skeptical.

"Jungkook, you need to be careful around people you don't know. It could easily get you killed. I'm not sure how I feel about her helping us." Namjoon said.

"I know you're worried, but when I say you can trust me, it means that you can trust me. My gut feeling is never wrong and I have a big feeling that she could help us. She currently has to move now because she helped us and the bad person will be out to kill her. I think it would be helpful if she stays with us." Jungkook stated, catching everyone off guard.

"I don't know. This person is a stranger and I don't know if she'll be a threat to the pack." Namjoon said while Jin was lost in thought.

"I'm unsure as well, but it seems that if Jungkook is comfortable around someone, then that person is a good person. He wouldn't just blindly trust someone to protect us if he didn't feel that the person is a good person." Jimin pointed out and Namjoon hummed.

"I think we should let her join." Jin said, grabbing everyone's attention.

"Why?" Namjoon questioned.

"Because earlier I felt the same uneasiness too, but the second he handed me this necklace, that feeling went away. I can tell this spell was created by a good person, I'm just wondering what this person is trying to protect us from to have such a unrecognizable high spell." Jin said while looking at Jungkook hoping for an answer.

"Her name is Aurora and she's trying to protect us from the old Oracle." Jungkook replied, making everyone's eyes widen in surprise.

"What's wrong with Oracle?" Namjoon asked not sure if he wanted to know the answer.

"She betrayed the royal family and got them killed for more power. Aurora is the new Oracle sent down to help stop her." Jungkook said.

"I knew there was a reason why I never liked that girl." Jin said while Namjoon and Jimin nodded their heads.

"So can she stay with us?" Jungkook asked, catching Namjoons attention.

"I guess but she will be watched for a certain period of time to make sure she is a good person. Now we need to get to this meeting before we're late." Namjoon said, while quickly putting on the necklace then transforming into his wolf.
