cheyanne's point of view -

i stared down at the blade and made a decision.

no, your not going to do this chey.

your not letting them get to you.

i threw it in the toilet and flushed.

i have to be strong , i will be strong.

i slid down my bathroom wall and just thought.

moments went by before i decided on a plan.

i went and laid down on my bed and smiled to myself.

i turned off the tv and slowly drifted to sleep.

it was exactly 5. i got up and hopped into the shower.

after about 15 minutes, i got got out and put on a 'pink' sweatshirt, black leggings and my black vans.

i brushed through my naturally straight hair and did my makeup.

i was happy about my appearance as i skipped downstairs to see alex wearing sweatpants and a hoodie with her short blonde hair in a ponytail.

i ate 2 pieces of toast before going out to her car, she soon joined me.

we drove to school and my stomach turned a bit but today i'm going to be fine. i won't cry i'm going to be strong.

she parked and i walked into school with a brave smile on my face.

as i walked in i kept my smile but then i was pushed against my locker. i just stood up and said

"i don't have time for your shit."
they all looked surprised and with that i walked away.

i went to class and took my seat, and when i saw hayes walk in i rolled my eyes.

he sat by me and said

"don't ever talk back to me or ashlynn."

i looked straight into his eyes and replied with "or what?"

he just looked shocked that i spoke up for myself for the second time today.

"that's what i thought." i said and turned back to the board.

go chey.

in the corner of my eye i could see how angry he was, but i don't care.

even it i didn't talk back to him, they would still hurt me.

so might as well stand up for myself.

and i will from now.
