chapter three

cheyanne's point of view -

i was in the hallway, walking to my last class when i was pushed down, causing me to fall forward.

i didn't even have to look to know it was ashlynn.

"have a nice trip?" her bitch self laughed with her group of three, which consisted of grace and quinn. 

i tried getting up only to be pushed back down again and then i heard

"did i say to get up?" the voice was deep and serious. i looked over to see it was hayes.

i didn't even think before i said

"i don't recall me giving you control over my body." and jumped to my feet.

shit.

he came up to me inches away from my fave and said.

"did you just back talk me?"

i shook in fear and he chuckled.

"thought so." he said and pushed me back down.

i wanted to cry my eyes out, and ask him why he was doing this to me ? what did i ever do to him?

but i just sat there with my head down.

"hope you learned your lesson, bitch." ashlynn said as hayes wrapped his arm around her waist and walked away.

lindsey came out of the girls bathroom and rushed to my side once she saw me.

again she said "oh my god are you okay."

"why do i always miss when they come after you?!" she whisper yelled at herself. !!"

"i'm fine, and i don't know." i sighed.

she frowned and asked "are you sure?"

"i'm okay, promise."  i faked a smile.

she nodded unsurely and helped me up.

we finally walked to our last class and watched the clock the entire time.

when the bell rung i got up and left with lindsey. we grabbed our stuff and walked to alex's car.

but i went flying into the pavement.

she helped me up and made sure i was okay.

i mumbled a 'i'm good' and brushed off my jeans.

we turned  around and lindsey growled at them.

"leave her alone"

"what's the fun in that?" ashylnn laughed.

linds scoffed before walking away with me.

we finally got alex's car and linds said

"don't let them get to you" pulling me in for a hug.

"i'll try linds." i sighed.

she smiled at me sadly and walked to her car.

i got in the car with alex and we drove off in silence.

as soon as i reached my house, i threw my bag down and ran up to my room and into my bathroom.

i opened the drawer and took out my old pain reliever.
