Beomgyu's breath hitched at the sudden mention of his former gang member's name. A glint of anger was filled in his eyes, and another emotion that doesn't want to be named.

The brunette snapped his head, now facing his right-hand man. "Silence, Soobin." he snarled.

The raven haired male smirked, knowing that he had pressed a button. Yeonjun slightly tugged his husband's sleeve, worried that he may have or he may already have ticked Beomgyu off.

Ever since Taehyun disappeared in a snap. The brunette became a mess, he couldn't focus on the org. He spent his days drowning on alcohol and taking his anger out on the people they captured. Heck he even broke up with his girlfriend!

Which was a good thing because they had a very toxic relationship.

Sixteen years had flew, and Beomgyu found himself thinking of no one but his favorite donsaeng every now and then. Every night in those sixteen years he'd close his eyes and his mind wandered to the blonde haired latter. Making him restless, and every where he goes, his mind would always project Taehyun's face.

As if he was cursed to regret everything he did that day.

A lot of if's, maybe's and what if's would always haunt him day by day.

If he had just searched harder for him, then maybe he could've found Taehyun by now.

Maybe he could have told him what he felt for him by now.

And maybe, just maybe, he could have told him that he loved him by now.

But then a common 'what if' would always come to mind. Making him hesitate every time when he was getting so close to finding him.

'What if he doesn't wanna be found?'

Or, 'What if Taehyun was already maried and had children?'

Or maybe Beomgyu was just scared to know the reason behind Taehyun's sudden disappearance.

Or maybe he wanted to know, but he was too much of a coward to find him and face him because of the kiss they shared sixteen years ago.

And everytime he was so close in finding him. The brunette would always hit a dead end, as if destiny wasn't allowing him to find, nor even see Taehyun.

Beomgyu clenched his teeth, knuckles turning white as he shot Soobin a deadly glare. "If you say that name one more time,"

"I'll end you."

It's been a week and Beomhyun was getting accustomed living here in the Choi Empire. Turns out, the people here were very friendly. Different from what the gangs he watched in Netflix and such.

Seriously, he should stop comparing reality and the fictional world.

It was getting unhealthy.

He was supposed to be with Soojun but the raven haired older was nowhere to be found ever since yesterday. And Woosan and Yeo-jong were actually doing some important stuff for their dads.

So I guess you could say he's all alone.

"Yow, Beom-ah!" A voice shouted.

The brunette snapped his head to the direction where he was being called.

There he saw Ryu-yeong, Shin Ryujin and Shin Chaeryeong's daughter.

"Hey Ryu-woah!" before the young lad knew it. The bluenette shoved him a box filled with medicine and other medical stuff.
