"Why are they here?" Soojun whispers to Beomhyun, discretely gesturing at Jeong-hyun and Jaeno.
"Umm... sharing a table hyung, that's what," Beomhyun tells him, eyes on the physics book he has.
Currently, Beomhyun and Soojun were at the library. Well technically Soojun had just found the younger male huddled in front of thick books of physics and sciences while Soojun had only came here to get a book for his Literature essay. And so the raven boy had the idea to accompany Beomhyun (who was all alone) at the library and do his essay here instead of elsewhere.
And maybe spend some time with Byun too.
But nobody needs to know that.
"So Soojun-ah, why are you here at the library? As far as I know you don't usually read books, don't you?" Jaeno asked with his usual teasing grin.
Hearing the remark, Soojun rolled his eyes. "Just so you know hyung I read books, just not at the library. And I'm here for some peace and quiet to do my essay report for Literature." he stated in a nonchalant manner.
"Oh? But I thought Mr. Kwan was on a paid day-off today?" Jeong-hyun utters, his hair now tied into a messy man-bun.
Soojun lets out a sigh. "He gave us homework, okay?"
"How 'bout you two? What're you doing here?" the young raven utters, gesturing at the two seniors before him.
They don't even have books or anything school related with them!
The two third-year students glanced at each other before averting their gaze to Soojun.
"Are we not allowed to be here?" Jaeno asks, crossing his arms.
"As far as I know the library's a free establishment," Jeong-hyun adds.
Soojun blinked his eyes, hard, before speaking. "Oh..."
'Fucking liars!'
"So... why our table?" the raven head asked with an innocent smile.
"Because all the tables are taken," Jeong-hyun says with a smug grin.
'Some tables are literally vacant!'
"Wait just- let me get this straight," Soojun says. "So you two came here-" gestures to the library. "Because y'all felt like it?"
"Yup..."
"Couldn't agree more."
'These obvious simps.' Soojun thought.
"So, Hyun-ah, are you having trouble with math?" Jeong-hyun divertd his attention to Beomhyun who lifted his head to face the older teen.
"Umm... no not really, why?" the young boy asked.
"Well just call me if your struggling with it, or any specific lesson. I'll happily tutor you," Jeong-hyun suggests with his signature killer smile.
The youngest gave him a small smile and a nod, "Okay, thanks for the offer hyung."
"Say Byun-ah..." Jaeno utters. "Me and the others were planning to check out a café that just opened near school. Do you wanna join us?"
"Oh... sorry hyung, I can't," Beomhyun apologizes. "I promised this whiny baby here-" gestures at Soojun who gave him and offended look. "That I'd help him with an errand."
Jaeno flashed him an assuring smile, "It's okay."
Feeling a bit bad, Beomhyun pursed his lips. "Maybe next time?"
