"A boyfriend?" Beomgyu utters in confusion.
Soobin nods, "Yes, a boyfriend."
"And why exactly do you think that your son has a lover?" Beomgyu asks.
They were currently at a cafe near their company, since it was a rare time for them to have a free break in schedule.
"Well actually, it was Yeonjun who had thought of that possibility," Soobin says, taking a sip on his coffee.
"Ah, no surprise there. So how did he came to that conclusion?"
Soobin lets out a sigh as he leans against his chair. "Well, he said Soojun has been quite smiley whenever he's on his phone talking to someone. He goes outside more often than usual, and is, well he has that look whenever he goes back home this semester break."
"What look?" Beomgyu asked.
"You know..." Soobin trails off, doing small hand gestures. "The look whenever I think about how I love Yeonjun so much and how lucky I am to be his husband and how I'd do anything to protect him. You know that look."
"So you're saying that he's in love and that he's also in a relationship," Beomgyu simplifies.
"That being said," Soobin says with a nod. "Although it's just a hunch but Yeonjun's a bit upset since he's quite convince that our son's in a relationship and hasn't even told us anything."
Beomgyu hums, "Now that you mention that. I've been noticing that Byun's been going out more often as well."
"Really?"
The brunette nods. "Yeah, along with a sort of dreamy look and a pinch of red hues on his cheeks whenever comes back home. And this semester break he seems less stress than he usually is. Which is a good thing though."
"Oh, I see," Soobin nods.
The two males were about to take a sip on their coffees when they halted their movements, as if realizing something.
'Wait...'
"Hyung when was the last time Soojun went out?" Beomgyu asked.
"Last week on Thursday," Soobin answers with a tinge of nervousness. "Around two-thirty PM."
Beomgyu blinks in disbelief, "Beomhyun went out last week on Thursday too, at around two-thirty in the afternoon as well."
Uh-oh.
"Soo said he was going to Seoul park for a stroll," Soobin began.
"Byun also said he was going to Seoul Park as well, since he heard there was a newly built library just in front of it." Beomgyu explains.
"Soojun was carrying flowers when he went outside," Soobin says.
"Beomhyun came home with flowers in hand," Beomgyu utters.
"Were they yellows sunflowers?" Soobin asked, swallowing a lump on his throat.
"They were yellow sunflowers," Beomgyu confirms.
The two dads leaned against their chairs, eyes wide as they stared at each other in shock as to what they might have discovered.
"Y-You don't think..."
"That they're dating?! I highly think they are!"
"How come we didn't notice it much sooner?!"
"That's exactly my question right now!"
