Chapter 125

Two years later...

"Byun?!"

"Gyu?!"

"Where the heck are they?" Taehyun mutters as he ventured back to the living room.

It was almost pass six in the evening and Taehyun had just got back from a three hour meeting with some investors for their surface business. And before he left the house, Beomgyu was still at work whilst Beomhyun was having an overnight with his friends.

As he trutted back to the living room, Taehyun passed by their family picture they had taken two years ago hung proudly on the wall. His eyes lingered at the picture, a loving smile slowly morphed onto his lips before making his way back to the living room.

The past two years were nothing but happiness and contentment. Although of course they still had enemies going around, but unlike the pass few years they had been not as threatening.

He and Beomgyu were still going strong and were happy alongside Beomhyun who was going to be nineteen this year and will be going to college.

But now Taehyun's currently wondering where his lover was. Since he knew that Beomhyun was with his friends on an overnight.

Just as he was about to sit down, the door bell rang.

Quickly, Taehyun hoisted himself from the couch and made his way to the door. He peeked from the ringhole to see who it was and saw a familiar figure. Though it wasn't the male that he was expecting, Taehyun still opened the door.

And there stood a eighteen-year-old Beomhyun who greeted his dad with a charming smile. "Hi pa!"

"Byunnie?" Taehyun spoke, giving the boy a surprised smile. "I thought you were with Soojun?"

The young Kang giggles nervously, "Oh, well actually pa, I was told to give you this." the young male took out a flower from the pocket inside that was inside his jacket and handed it to Taehyun.

It was a lavender.

Taehyun opened his mouth and closed it again, he gave Beomhyun a look of utter amusement before chuckling.

"Did your appa-Gyu told you to give this to me?" Taehyun asked, gratefully taking the flower from Byunnie.

"Well, something like that," the brunette laughs. "Appa also wanted me to give you this too."

Beomhyun hands Taehyun a folded piece of paper to which made the older male look at him in confusion.

"A piece of paper?" Taehyun asked questionably as he unfolded the small piece of parchment.

Byunnie will take you to where I am, my love:)

Taehyun lets out a small laugh before folding the paper and lifted his gaze to his son.

"Alright, what're you guys up to?"

Beomhyun widen his eyes and hold up his hands to his head. "Papa I swear I dunno either. I was only told to give you the paper and drive you to somewhere."

Taehyun rose a brow. "And where is somewhere?"

The young boy opened his mouth, but then closed it afterwards with a gulp and a nervous smile.

"I... can't really tell you hehe," Beomhyun chuckles nervously.

Taehyun laughs. "Alright, I won't question you anymore. I'll just get my coat."
