(Chapter 43)

:Sophia:
"I'm not gonna tell him here, not now." I say to her quietly, she nods
"Can you grab a nurse please?" I ask Stella who nods and walks out to grab someone for Kelly
"Hey Kelly, how you feeling?" Will asks walking in
"Like I got hit." He says
I chuckle
"Why are you in a bed, what's wrong" Kelly says trying to sit up
"Gentle, be careful. You still may be disorientated." Will says going over to help Kelly sit up
"What's wrong Sophia?" Kelly asks
"Nothing Kelly, I'm alright. They just wanted me to get checked out" I say
"Did you talk to the person who came at us? Are they okay?" Kelly asks
"No." I say not wanting to talk about it
"Okay, we will figure that out later. How long was I out for?" He asks all these questions
"You've only been here for about two hours. But relax, your okay" Will says
"How long am I gonna be here for?" Kelly asks
"We were just gonna keep you over night to watch and keep an eye on you to make sure your okay" will says
"Sophia have you been hurt?" Kelly asks
"No I wasn't hurt but you were. I was really worried" I say
"Do you have any idea who might have hit us?" Kelly asks
"Yeah I do, but we can talk about that later. You just woke up" I say
"Okay."

I was released last night at about 9pm, I'm on my way to the station to fill out some paperwork about the accident. I arrive walking into the station
"Hey" stella says walking over with her turnout pants still on
"Just got back?" I ask hugging her
"Yea. We had a stove fire down pots street." She says rubbing her forehead
"Hey kiddo." My dad says walking up to me embracing me.
"Hey dad, look id love to talk but i have some paperwork to do, then i gotta go pick up kelly from med" i say walking over to kellys office, stella following close behind

We walk in and i close the door
"Hows he doing?" Stella asks
"I talked to him this morning when i woke up, he made me leave last night" i say chuckling
"Sounds like him, glad hes okay." She says looking down
"You alright?" I ask pulling my paperwork out from the pile
"Im just worried about grant trying to get to you and Kelly. And your pregnant and everything and i just Dont want anything happening to you" stella says
"Shhh, nobody can know yet. But you dont need to worry. We got this. We will handle grant." I say pulling her into a hug
A knock on the door interrupts our hug
"Hey" matt says walking in
"Hey" i say watching him.
"Hows severide?" He asks
"He's good,  just hates being up in a bed" i say laughing
"Sounds like you." He says laughing
"Yeah, yeah." I say starting my report.

"Capp, fuck off" i say flipping him off after he puts a bunch of childrens stickers on my helmet.
"What.. its a nice addition" he says putting his hands up.
"Are you serious. You know how much acetone this is going to take to remove this? Your paying for every bottle" i say examining my helmet rolling my eyes and hanging it back up
"Deal." He says
"Alright, i gotta go but ill see you guys later" i say waving to everyone.

"You guys are good to go, just rest up kelly" will says grabbing the paperwork from me
"Finally." Kelly says getting out of the bed
"Lets get out of here" i say to him
We walk out of the hospital
"We need to go to the apartment, i need to grab a couple things before we go to the firehouse." Kelly says hopping into the passenger seat
"Who said we were going to the firehouse? You need to rest up some." I say pulling the car out of the hospital.
"I wanna see everyone." He says looking over at me
"Good thing they are there for the next 12 hours" i say smirking over at him.
"Hhhmp" he says falling back into the seat defeated.

"Im going to grab a shower real quick." I say kelly nods
I walk into the bathroom, i take a quick glance out the window to see someone standing down below on the side walk looking up.
I shake it off getting into the shower.
As im washing up i feel someone grab my shoulders
I jump out of my skin
"Relax, its just me" jelly says reaching over me to grab the bottle if shampoo.
"Sorry, just startled me" i say chuckling
He massage's the shampoo into my head.
"Thankyou" i say returning the favor
"of course, anything for you baby" kelly says smiling at me
He looks like something is on his mind
I shake it off
He leans down kissing on my neck
"Kelly" i moan out.
"Mm, i miss hearing you say my name" kelly says
We finishing shower and you know what.
We dry off and get changed and head to the firehouse

"Ahh severide, how you doing man." Cruz says walking up patting him on the back
"Better." Kelly responds with a little nudge to cruz
"Ah, kelly got some huh." Capp says
"Stop." I say rolling my eyes walking over to stella
"Im glad i wasnt home, i know damn well yall were loud" she says jabbing me
"I walked over here to get away from this conversation" i say laughing at her

Truck81, squad3, ambulance61 house fire, corner of bondsville rd and west end lane.

"Gotta go" stella says running off to the truck.
"I want to go." Kelly says
"Will said you can come back next shift." I say as we watch the trucks pulling out of the bay doors.
"Next shift wont come fast enough" he says walking over to squad table
"Your just impatient." I say
"I know something we can do while everyone is gone, my office?" He says smirking towards me
"Kelly severide, we just did that back at the apartment." I say smacking his chest.
"Never heard off too much of you"  he says
"No, just too much of you" i say smirking and running off to the common room.
