5:04 PM was the time shown on his phone when he invited himself into jisungs house.

He was late since there was already a police car and a small white car parked next to it along with chan and minhos car and jisungs parents.

Upon opening the door, several pairs of eyes went to him and stayed there.

Probably because of the way that there were still crusted tears on his cheeks and his hair was in the least bit tamed.

He slipped his shoes off and went and stood at the island along with everyone else.

Hyunjin gave him and small smile as he stood there and caught his eyes.

It seemed like a smile that said he was sorry.

"Alright, now if everyone is here we'd like to go over some things with you concerning Kim Seungmin and then we will take witness accounts and pictures of injuries he may have caused."

There were a couple of nods and others stayed quiet. Jisung and jeongin locked eyes, the olders looking sorry and worried jeongins looking the same.

"Kim Seungmin was taken into custody last night and is being held in the jail here in town until further notice. We haven't exactly set a court date or set what he is being charged with but as of right now he's facing charges for battery against Mr. Yang."

It seemed like the whole world was watching him as everyone looked at him after that sentence.

"Mr. Yang, we would like you to give us your account of what happened from the moment you came into contact with Mr. Kim last night."

"Please don't leave out any details or events" The other officer added after a few moments.

They all stood there, watching him as he was about to talk about everything that Seungmin did to him. They way that it was truly terrifying and why he wanted a break from everyone.

He looked around at everyone, locking eyes with chan a bit longer than he should have and giving him a stone cold glare.

"Would it be easier if everyone left the room?"

His eyes shifted back to the officer standing next to him and he shook his head. He couldn't care less anymore. They were going to find out eventually so might as well just get it over with.

"Chan-hyung dropped me off here last night after we'd gotten in a fight," He glanced at the blonde and back at the officer "I was crying because I was so hurt... D-do I have to say what happened with chan?"

His voice sounded so small in his own head but still the officer shook his head no while scribbling in his notebook.

"I wanted to talk to jisung about it because he's my best friend and always helps me with my feelings and stuff... I watched chan-hyung drive away and heard footsteps down the stairs and arms around my waist so I thought it was jisung.. When I leaned back into the hug I knew that something was off about the hug."

He paused and bit his lip, suddenly feeling so ashamed about what had happened.

"I turned and i could only barely tell that it was Seungmin and i-i hugged him because I was hurt. It was a sweet hug at first and he held me so softly but-"

He stopped feeling his body begin to shake as he remembered again how it felt.

"But what, kiddo?" The officer was being soft with him knowing that it was such a sensitive topic.

It took about a minute for jeongin to gather himself and get the courage to say it out loud.

"He forced me to kiss him... He grabbed me and held me so close to the point where I had no choice. I didn't want to and I tried to fight back but I couldn't because I'm weak..."
