When jeongin and Chan's eyes fluttered open the next morning there was one thing prominent to both of them.

Heartbreak.

They felt it at the exact same moment when they saw each other from across the room. The younger lay on jisungs bed with his best friend cuddled up to him while the older boys laid in uncomfortable positions on the floor.

The look in both of their eyes was one of hurt, regret and sadness all combined into one melancholy bundle.

The youngers lower back was sore along with his legs. It served as a painful reminder of the night before.

The blondes eyes sparkled with tears in the morning sun as it shone through the window. His tan skin glowing a pretty color in the light. The brown eyes that were filled with fat tears closed after a tear slipped down his cheek and fell to the side.

Jeongin however refused to cry over the older anymore. He'd cried too many tears from the night before that his head hurt. Of course the tears still threatened to come no matter how hard he tried to hold them back, feeling his whole stomach drop at the sight of the other's tears.

This was heartbreak all over again...

Minho sat up from his sleep, rubbing his eyes and groaning out at his sore back. Still rubbing the sleep from his eyes, he looked at jeongin looking at chan and chan looking at jeongin. He noticed the tears in their eyes.

As soon as the younger noticed, he moved. Ignoring the sharp pains in his lower back and walked out of the room and to the bathroom. The older boys didn't miss his small sniffles before the bathroom door closed with a soft click.

The room was silent.

Nobody moved except jisung when he finally awoke to an empty bed. Immediately he noticed that the youngest was gone and sat up.

"He's in the bathroom, don't worry ji" Minho said softly noticing the worried look on his face.

The boy fell back onto his bed arching his back into a stretch as he groaned out loudly. When he fell out of his stretch he stayed looking at his ceiling as the sleepiness from that night began to fade.

"I think I'm gonna go home.. " Chan sat up quickly wiping the few tears that had fallen.

"You should wait, I'll make some breakfast. It's the least I can do, hyung."

"Make jeongin breakfast, he needs it more," The blonde gave him a weak smile "you've done enough by letting me stay here last night"

Just then, the door opened and out walked jeongin in some of jisungs church clothes which they kept in the linen closet in the bathroom and his hair all done up.

The youngest walked into the room ignoring all of the looks from everyone in it, grabbing his phone from the extra charger jisung had given him and went to walk out.

"Where are you going innie? Don't you want breakfast?" Jisung asked him before he made it out all the way.

"I have church." Was all he said in return

"Jeongin, it's friday" His friend said confused.

"I have to make things right with someone."

"What?" Minho was even more confused because the person he needed to make things right with was in the room.

"With God," He glanced at Chan before saying "I need to ask for forgiveness for my sins."

"Chans new name is God then. You're staying here jeongin" Jisung tried to get him to stay and talk about everything.

"No," He said rather snotty "you're not my boss."

"But I am your friend and you haven't eaten probably since your date with Chan and besides, you're in my clothes."

The subject of last night, being brought up so suddenly made the youngest do a double take. How it hurt his heart didn't go unnoticed, feeling it in every inch of his body and the way that the ache in his back seemed to be more prominent now. It made jeongin more angry than sad that jisung would bring it up so heartlessly.

The boy looked down at his hands to make sure he had everything and walked away from everyone. Moving down the stairs and to the door where his spare pair of church shoes from one time he came over and left were.

Sliding them on, he could hear walking down the stairs and jisung calling after him but he walked out and closed the door.

"Why are you walking away from me?" His best friend came through the door a few moments after him but he kept walking still.

"Jeongin!"

Jisung walked up to him quickly, though he was only in his socks.

"I need a break."

"You're getting one! Why are you walking away from m-"

"From everyone!" Jeongin yelled, stomping his foot in anger "Why can't anyone just understand how hurt I am?! It's not all about Chan okay? Seungmin hurt me too! Chan sure as hell hurt me! Two people that I thought I loved who just ended up hurting me! You seem to be forgetting that that ever happened! I need time away from all of you. You. Chan. Minho. Everyone. Cause if I stay, I can guarantee you that I won't want to fix things with any of you. So please, Ji.. Just give me some time"

With that being said, the younger walked away leaving jisung standing in the driveway and the two older boys having heard everything from the open window of the boys room.

They watched as jeongin made his way down the street towards the church. They could see the heartbreak in the way he walked and moved. It was painful to watch and painful to bear but they couldn't do anything about it.

Jisung came back in the house, slamming the door and making the floor shake beneath the olders.

Jisung understood. Needing time isn't anything necessarily bad... But why did jeongin have to push everyone away? Why did he want to go through this alone?

The boy didn't know, but he did know that this would be painful for jeongin.
