Saturday came sooner than expected.

The honk of chans car startled the boy as he sat on his porch waiting. He'd only been waiting a few moments since he took so long to get ready.

He jumped up and ran to chans car.

Nervous. He was hella nervous to see chan today.

They were only going back to chans house to watch a few movies and eat snacks. Chan had promised jeongin he'd let him try a bunch of different snacks and drinks he'd never had before.

The only problem was, they'd be alone. Minho wouldn't be there this time since he was with jisung.

The boy hopped in the car and smiled at chan

"Ohh you smell good today" Chan said as the door closed.

"U-uh thank you" Jeongin said with a small blush creeping up his face

Chan looked away and smiled while beginning to drive

The drive to change house was rather quiet. Jeongin looked out the window at the cars passing and sighed. He was surprised that his parents let him out today. He was supposed to have piano lessons today but he canceled on his teacher and told his parents that his teacher canceled on him.

Another lie he'd have to ask forgiveness for.

Jeongin hoped that God made an exception for the lies he told to hang out with Chan.

"I bought a bunch of different snacks for you to try and drinks too" Chan interrupted the silence.

"Really? Did you get any spicy ones? I've always wanted to try spicy chips. Like those ones you see in the store with the fire on the bag?"

Chan chuckled a bit while looking back and forth between jeongin and the road

"Yes I did! I got some hot Cheetos and some takis for you to try but all the rest are like candies and sweets"

"Ohh that only candies I've had are sweedish fish... They hand them out at youth group sometimes and jisung let me have one when nobody was looking."

Jeongin sounded so excited feeling like he did something rebellious and telling Chan about it. it was like bringing home an A+ essay to your parents expecting them to be proud and praise you. However this only got jeongin teased by the older.

"Wooow so rebellious of you jeongin" Note the sarcasm.

"It is thank you" The younger said rather sassily and bouncing a bit in his seat to add effect.

Another chuckle sounded from Chan as he took a turn on the road.

"Is it okay if we stop at one of my friends house, I kind of told him I'd bring him back his vape today" Chan explained.

Jeongin nodded with a small smile before turn in back to his window.

"Don't be shy he's really nice jeongin"

The older pulled into a driveway the revealed a rather nice house with a stone pathway and green lawns with a cute swing in the front yard. The house was at least two stories and a very light grey color with white trim.

"Y-you want me to come in?" Jeongin asked for clarification.

"Mhm. Come on he's waiting" The blonde climbed out of the car and began walking to the door with a stunned jeongin following only a few steps behind.

"What if he doesnt like me because I'm a church kid?"

The older turned to the younger and smiled encouragingly "he will trust me"
