"Chan, you'll get charged. Now calm the fuck down and get back in line." Minho scolded him quiet enough so nobody would hear.

"I am in line Minho. I'm supposed to protect jeongin. That's my job even if we aren't together."

"I can't bail you out this time, Chan. Changbin can't bail you out either. We can't so you better think long and hard about what you are doing."

The judge turned to Attorney Lim with a short fused smile.

"Attorney Lim, if you would come forward and present your evidence to the jury and why it is relevant to the case, please."

"Yes, sir" The tall male stood and walked up the the front of the room, gathering his evidence he'd gathered. Pulling out several pictures to what jeongin recognized as the pictures that the officers had taken of his bruises.

"You may begin." The judge stated when Attorney Lim looked at him for confirmation.

"On the night of the incident, Mr. Yang and Mr. Bang had been together on a date and had gotten in an argument-"

"You don't need any damn evidence judge. I did try to fuck jeongin. If you let me, I'd try again. I can't resist someone like that."

Minho had been holding Chan back and trying to calm him down from his livid anger that was obvious on his face.

He tried to stand but Minho held him back down. Jeongin looking over to see what the commotion was all about.

Everyone's eyes in the room shifted to Chan along with seungmins.

"What are you mad that I tried to fuck what you couldn't please?" Seungmin taunted.

That was fucking it.

Some things can only be handled for so long.

The blonde stood and in four quick strides he was in front of seungmin. In a matter of second his fist collided with his face, making blood immediately drip down his chin. Chan was so quick on his feet that right as seungmin hit the floor, he was right there with him beating the fuck out of him.

"Chan! Oh my- Chan! Stop!" Jeongin stood to run over there as police officers did as well.

The young boy was held back by jisung and another police officer and watched as Chan was jerked off of seungmin and held down by three police officers. He was on his stomach and held his his hands behind his back as he struggled to get away to finish the fight he started.

"Chan!" Jeongin kept trying to get away. To some how just get to the boy he loved.

Vaguely, jeongin could hear what the law enforcement was saying as they restrained him in metal cuffs.

"... Right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be held against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney..."

Chan was getting arrested.

As if God himself was watching down on him, he freed himself from jisung and the officer and ran up to Chan who was now being pulled up.

His nose was slightly bloody and his shirt was slightly smeared with blood.

"Jeongin," Chan said as if he almost forgot he was there. Which he kind of did. He never wanted jeongin to see the violent side of him.

"Chan," Jeongin said loud enough so he could hear in the loud court room. "I'll fix this."

His arms were grabbed from behind and he began getting moved backwards and away from Chan as he kept talking to him.

"I'll fix this! I'll make everything okay again! Just wait for me! Just please give me some time!" The side door closed and the last thing jeongin saw was a small flicker of the blonde hair that he missed so much.

Slowly, everything began moving in slow motion. His vision becoming hazy and his hearing becoming a loud ringing.

This couldn't be real.

He watched in his blurry vision as a bloody seungmin was pulled from the court room and several officers following him.

".. Jeongin." He could faintly hear a familiar voice come into his echoed hearing. He turned his head in all directions before coming face to face with a plump lipped blonde.

"Jeongin, it will be okay. Jisung and Minho are talking to your parents, everything will be fine."

Before jeongin knew what he was doing, he threw himself at hyunjin hugging onto him so tightly just searching for some sort of warmth from the freezing room.

In only a few seconds, Hyunjin's arms were around the younger, just holding him and searching for the same type of warmth that he'd lost as well.

It was as if they had lost everything as they had watched the doors close behind their loved one and their past loved one.

They just held each other with their breaths ragged and their hearts still slightly shattered from everything.

"I have to help him, hyunjin. I have to get him out." Jeongin kept saying as he breathed out harsh breaths "I have to bail him out!"

He was desperate. wanting Chan to be back in his arms so bad that he would literally plan a prison break for him.

Was this really what his whole life had come to?

His whole life just focused on a summer romance that could quite possibly be a fatal love story as well? That could possibly be a tragedy just like the other boy he used to love.

(A/N: 👀)

Was this really what everything had boiled down to?

"This isn't real right?" He said, beginning to freak out as the blunt of it all began to hit him " Tomorrow we will wake up and it will be like this never happened, right? This is just a really bad dream that I'll wake up from and my life will be normal right?!"

It wasn't just the jail situation jeongin was talking about. He was talking about everything. The fight. The hurt. The pain. The heartbreak. The vast amount of tears that he had shed in the past weeks over a boy whom he'd only met months ago.

He wished that it was all a dream and he'd wake up in moments time in Chan's arms. Waking up to small kisses on his cheeks and neck, wake up to the soft love bites once again.

But dreams couldn't last week's right?

At least not good ones.
