The chapter begins with Y/n in the elevator going up to the seventh floor while still holding the case that contained his new mask. while in his other hand he held a different case, this one being the one that was seen in his home with the golden light leaking from it
When the Elevator finally reached his destination, he started walking towards the I.M.P Office space, passing by the studio that Verosika was currently working with, spotting said Succubus through the window as she blew him a kiss while he waved and then entered his office
Once inside the office, he started walking towards the meeting room only to stop when the whole building started to shake like an earthquake was happening, after a few seconds to get his balance, he then made his way to the meeting room and opened the door to see Moxxie getting tossed across the room by Loona
Y/n: "What's going on?"
Loona: "Moxxie wouldn't stop acting hysterical from that hell-shake so I had to snap him out of it"
Y/n: "Those are a thing?"
However, they were suddenly interrupted by the wall that Moxxie was currently slammed into was destroyed by a large mass of robotic tendrils before they were used to pull in a rather eccentric looking person

???: "Do not be afraid"
The person then stood up and allowed their cape to return to it's natural position and allow us to see what they looked like as the robotic tendrils before stuck out towards the group

Blitz: "Please tell me you've got that insurance thing"
Millie then popped up behind Blitz brandishing a large axe in her hands as she glared at the intruder
Millie: "Who are you and what do you want?!"
???: "I am Loopty Goopty! Dastardly Inventor of all things Loopty and Loopish!"
Loona: "Could've just used the door, dude. Doesn't need to be this whole thing"
Loopty: "I am eccentric and therefore must do eccentric shit!"
