Aurora POV
We walked for hours on end. Still nothing. No matter how far we walked. As soon as everyone lost hope and thought we'd all die of heat, a plane came down from the sky above us. We all stopped and I pulled out a gun. The plane landed in front of us and the door lowered. A man walked out in a red and gold suit.

"Come on kids, don't wanna die out here do you?" He asked.

We all exchanged looks before the kids behind me ran past and into the plane. The man walked down and put out a hand to me.

"Tony Stark, nice to meet you!" He exclaimed.

A bunch of other people walked out.

"This is Bruce, Thor, Steve, Clint and Nat," Tony said pointing to each person as he said their names.

I eyed each of them. I still didn't trust any of them. Lilly nudged me, and I turned to her.

"Come on, we can get out of the scorch! Away from WCKD! Forever!" She exclaimed.

"Can I talk to you?" I eyed the group again "Privately?"

Lilly nodded and I pulled her away from the group.

"How do we know we can trust them?!" I asked her.

"They are saving us from the scorch, and WCKD!" She smiled at me.

"That still doesn't mean we can trust them!"

"What do we have to lose?"

I sighed. We didn't have anything to lose, we were stuck in the scorch with no way out. I nodded and Lilly squealed. She ran back over to Tony and his group and I walked over.

"If you guys are coming you better hop in the quinjet," Clint exclaimed.

Lilly nodded excitedly and dragged me with her. When we got in and the group entered after, Tony pulled me aside and took me to a different section.

"I know you don't trust us but believe me you will have to. As soon as WCKD put that liquid in your arm, we have been monitoring you both. To make sure there aren't any sudden outbursts. And when there was we came as fast as possible to get out here." He explained.

"And who are you guys exactly?" I questioned, curiosity taking over.

"Earth's mightiest heroes!" He exclaimed.

"Do you know what the liquid was?" I asked again.

"Banner did an analysis on them. The purple one gives the power to control elements including earth, fire, water, air, along with metal, blood etc. The blue one, on the other hand, gives the power of multiple different things including blue chaos magic, which you will learn to use when you train with Wanda, some elements, and will turn the person who has taken it into as WCKD called it the 'devil's angel'." He explained.

"And what power does the 'devil's angel' give?"

"It was unclear, but we do know that their screams will be very affective to the land around them and that if the devil side takes over it will take a while to regain full control over both sides. What I'm saying is that the person who takes it becomes half devil half angel, simple really!"

I stopped short, that blue liquid was given to me. I was now half angel and half devil.

"What happens if-" I started.

"Have you ever heard the saying 'curiosity killed the cat'?" Tony asked.

I nodded and he smiled then walked off, leaving me in a worried state. What if I did lose control? What would happen to everyone around me? I shook off the feeling and walked out to where everyone else was. I slid through the kids and over to Thomas, Lilly and Newt.
