Beach date

Aurora POV
Thomas! Thomas was in the room with Teresa! And just as I thought things couldn't get any worse. I picked up a rock and threw it at the window making it smash and the two to look towards me.

"Aurora it's not what you think!" Thomas said.

"Oh it's exactly what I think!" I yelled running off to find Lilly.

Newt POV
I stuffed up so bad! I wasn't cheating on her with Teresa I was just asking her what I could do with her for the date I was planning. I had asked Sonya and Brenda but they didn't seem to know so I went to ask Teresa. I was deep in thought when I heard the glass shatter and Aurora stood there. I froze after I heard what she said and ran away. What she didn't know was that I was sat in the corner of the room listening. I got up and limped after her, Tommy and Teresa behind me.

"Aurora no! It's not what you think!" Tommy yelled after her.

Then we saw Lilly, and Aurora stopped to tell her. The expression on her face looked like Aurora's when she thought I was cheating and she broke down into Aurora's now outstretched arms. They collapsed to the floor and cried together as we stood watching them. It hurt to see Aurora so upset, I really did like her, heck I loved her! But she hated me, all because she thought I was cheating. Then Lilly stood up and faced us, she stormed over to Tommy and punched him square in the jaw.

"I HATE YOU!" She screamed and her eyes flickered white. "I HATE YOU I HATE TOU I HATE YOU!" She sobbed slapping Tommy's chest.

Aurora walked over and watched her friend breakdown. She herself had tears shimmering on her face and mascara stained on her cheeks from when she was crying before. I wanted to hug her, I needed to hug her! But she didn't want me. We caught eye contact and I could tell she was wanted to read my mind, to figure out if we were actually cheating but she broke eye contact leaving my thoughts alone. I brought my focus back on to Lilly and Tommy, or the ship name Aura had come up with for them Lilmas. Lilly was now crying against Tommy's chest but each time he tried hugging her she'd push his arms away.

"Lilly?" Aurora said.

Her voice was gentle. Lilly nodded her head and walked away from Tommy. Aurora put her arm around Lilly's shoulder and they walked over to the garden thing that Gally called the new glade. I looked at Tommy who looked back at me.

"At least she touched you," I huffed.

"We need to make it up to them, tell them we weren't actually cheating!" He said ignoring me.

I sighed and looked to where the girls were and nodded.

"Why don't we take them on another double date?" I suggested.

Thomas agreed and Teresa said she'd stay out of our way, which I didn't really believe. After a few minutes of talking Gally approached us.

"What the hell is wrong with you guys?!" He shouted.

"We didn't cheat, I was asking Teresa what Aura would like for a date and Tommy was asking her if there was an ocean near by," I told him.

Gally glared at us but nodded. "Aurora said she wanted a date on the beach and there is a beach a few miles from here."

"Great!" Thomas exclaimed.

"I'll set up you convince the girls to come," I said.

"Aurora won't come with me," Thomas said.

"She might," I told him, limping away to get the stuff.

Thomas rolled his eyes and walked towards the girls.

Aurora POV
I watched as Lilly walked back and forth trying to come up with a way to get revenge on the boys when someone knocked on the wooden door. Lilly looked at me and I got up to open it.

"I know you hate us right now but listen!" Thomas said quickly when I opened the door.

I looked at Lilly and she nodded. I let him in and slammed the door behind him.

"Talk!" Lilly snapped.

"It was all a misunderstanding. I wanted to see where the nearest beach was and Newt wanted to find out what to do for his next date with Rora. He asked Sonya and Brenda first but they didn't know so he asked Teresa. We also have a surprise for you both!" Thomas exclaimed as fast as he could.

I glanced at the floor at the mention of Newt. I missed him but he cheated on me, right? I turned to look at Lilly who nodded slowly and Thomas lead us out. I hesitated but Lilly pulled me with her and I followed. We walked for miles and as soon as I thought he was lying and we'd never get there, we stopped and Thomas pointed over a hill. I exchanged a glance with Lilly before running up to the edge and looking to see a beautiful beach with crystal blue water and glowing sand. I gasped at the sight and ran down to it, when I got down I ran to the water and squealed when the coldness hit my feet. I splashed around in the water as Lilly and Thomas came running down hand in hand which surprised me but also told me that Lilly did love Thomas. I didn't even bother looking around for Newt, I was just happy to be at the beach near the water.

"Hello love," Newt said from behind me.

I whipped my head around, and stopped splashing around. I gave him a cold glare still not believing anything Thomas had said.

"I know you hate me, but I didn't cheat, I swear!" Newt said.

I raised an eyebrow and turned back to the water.

"Please forgive me," he said stepping into the water towards me.

I ignored him and he snaked his arms around my waist and rested his chin on my shoulder. I didn't bother pushing him off.

"Please?" He asked.

"Fine, I forgive you!" I snapped turning my head away from him.

"It doesn't look like it," Newt mentioned.

I twisted myself so that I was facing him, unaware of the tears in my eyes.

"I forgive you ok?!" I cried.

He smiled and pulled me into a hug. I hugged him back and he dragged me over to somewhere on the beach.

"Welcome to your second double date," Thomas said as I pulled away.

It was beautiful. Newt and Thomas had set up a picnic blanket with fairy lights, candles, food, flowers, and they even had flower crowns which I found adorable. Newt picked up a flower crown and placed it on my head.

"Newt set this up," Thomas explained placing a flower crown on Lilly's head as well.

I smiled at Newt and he smiled back. We all sat down and ate the food, laughing as if we had never thought about them cheating. Then Gally came down onto the beach.

"A guy called Happy is here to pick you guys up," he told us.

I sighed and stood up.

"Come on guys we have to pack-" I started.

"Don't worry, we can pack up this for you." Gally said as Sonya and Brenda walked up to us.

I smiled and hugged him, thanking him and telling him we'd visit soon. I turned back to Newt to see his jaw was clenched, I chuckled and put my hand out for him to grab.

"Don't worry Newt, this pretty lady is yours," Gally teased nudging me lightly.

Newt laughed and stood up, grabbing my hand. Thomas, Lilly, Newt and I walked back to the town to see the black car we arrived in waiting for us. We opened the car door and filed in one by one and when we were all in Happy started the drive home. I smirked to myself.

"Are we there yet?" I asked.
