Aurora POV
Time seemed to just stop. Gone? How could two teenage boys just disappear?

"W-what do you m-mean g-gone?" I stuttered.

"I mean they aren't here anymore, trust me, we've looked everywhere," Peter said. "You can even do your mind thingy if you want, but they aren't here."

I concentrated on Thomas and Newt's voices, the ones inside their head, the ones that would help find them and prove they were still here and Peter was just playing a trick on me, but I got nothing. They were gone.

"Th-they're gone," I muttered, new tears streamed down my face and Peter pulled me in for a hug.

"Whatever happened to them Mr Stark will find out," Peter said.

"Mr Stark will find out what?" The voice of Tony Stark crackled through my ear. "Remember, the set I gave you this morning is connected to my system so I can communicate with you."

"Thomas and Newt have disappeared," I told him, putting my hand up to my ear to try and get a better sound. "And how did this happen?"

The earring had now extended and transformed into an earpiece, which confused me cause I didn't do it and Tony had been doing other stuff.

"I taught Lilly how to do it," Tony replied, followed by a clang of metal. "I'm sure Thomas and Newt will be fine, I'll get on to finding them right now, ok? Just enjoy the rest of your night, tell Lilly I'm sending Wanda for her. I have a feeling Parker will happily dance with you."

I didn't respond, my mind was too busy thinking about where the boys could be. I tried latching on to anything they could be thinking but again found nothing.

"Come on, I heard what Mr Stark said, I'll spend the rest of the night with you if you want," Peter gave me a small smile and linked his arm with mine.

"Yeah, thanks Peter," I replied, walking back to the table with him.

Lilly was sat there and she was obviously stressed and worried about Thomas, but after I told her Wanda was coming, she seemed to relax slightly. Peter lead me onto the dance floor, claiming that dancing should take my mind off things but it didn't. I couldn't help but look around as we danced, eventually spotting Wanda and pulling Peter back over to meet her and Lilly.

"-Stark has got the power back up so JARVIS is running every location possible," Wanda told Lilly.

"Thanks, Wanda," Lilly smiled, hugging her.

"Has Tony got anything yet?" I asked, trying to be hopeful.

Wanda sadly shook her head. I felt my heart crumble and my legs give way, Peter quickly wrapped his arms around me to hold me up and walk me over to one of the chairs around our table.

"I think you should go home," Peter said. "You're pale and obviously hurt by the guys' disappearance."

"We'll go too," Lilly stated, standing up and gathering her stuff.

"No," I mumbled, stopping her. "You enjoy your night, Wanda came so you could and you should."

Lilly smiled slightly and nodded, taking Wanda's hand and dragging her onto the dance floor.

"We," I looked at Peter. "Are going to walk through this whole school to find any traces of where they could have gone."

Peter nodded, helping me to my feet and we quietly exited the hall. We walked down all the school's hallways, checked all the unlocked classrooms and even outside on the school oval, but nothing. Till we decided to finally leave and came across the blood stained on the stairs out the front. I immediately ran down the steps in my heels and sat down near the blood. Thank goodness I'd learned how to take blood samples, memorized what Newt and Thomas's blood looked like and the blood was still liquid and hadn't dried yet.
