Aurora POV
I cried into Newts shoulder for what felt like hours when Shuri walked in.

"Uh sorry to interrupt whatever this is but we need to talk to you about your devil powers," Shuri said to me.

I turned to her and wiped my red puffy eyes.

"Sure what is it?" I asked.

"We haven't found a way to stop it, so from what we can see only Newt can stop it seeing as you two love each other. Problem is if Newt's not around what would we-" She was cut off by me turning back to Newt and crying in his shoulder again. "What's going on with her?"

"Newt has the flare," Lilly explained. "He'll die if we don't figure out a way to stop it."

"Show me!" Shuri demanded and Newt held out his infected arm.

I turned my head to look at it, the side of my head still pressed against his shoulder.

"I can cure this," she said. "Come."

Then Shuri dragged us all to the lab with the machine but swerved and took us to a Wakandan hospital bed.

"Lay down there," she exclaimed.

Newt laid down and another machine scanned over him.

"The flare hasn't spread to his whole body but has started its effect on the brain, hence the reason he got so mad earlier. I can cure him but I need blood," she explained.

"Tommy! Your blood cured Brenda," Lilly shouted excitedly. "You can cure Newt!"

Thomas stepped forward and nodded. Shuri came over with a needle and pulled out some of his blood.

"I also need some of yours," she said looking at me.

"Mine? Why do you need mine?" I asked.

"This flare is spreading quickly and to stop the spread faster we will need something with that particular speed, you have the power of the devil and angel so your blood would be the best choice." She explained.

I nodded and held out my arm as she walked over with another needle.

"This will hurt," she said and I grabbed onto Newt's nearby hand.

She plunged the needle through my skin and I winced looking towards Newt, shutting my eyes and scrunching up my face.

"You look cute when you do that," Newt whispered.

I didn't respond and Shuri slowly drew out the needle that was now filled with my blood. I looked at it, the blood was crimson, changed to blue then to a pearly white then back to red.

"What the bloody hell is happening to her blood?" Newt asked from his spot on the bed.

"It's and effect of being the supernatural creature she is. When the liquid was placed in her bloodstream it turned the blood different colours. Red is devil, white is angel and blue is the mix of both." Shuri explained. "To get one colour you need to tell it what you want it to be, blue would be best."

"Uh ok," I touched the glass needle that held my blood, thought of blue as I was about to say it the blood turned blue.

"Cool!" Lilly said.

I smiled and turned back to Newt.

"Don't die on me ok?" I told him.

"I won't try too," he replied.

"Ok out! To do this we can't have any panicking girlfriends," Shuri demanded.

I laughed and pecked Newts lips. We exchanged a smile before Shuri pushed me, Lilly, Thomas and Bucky out and shut the door behind us. My smile turned into a worried expression and my stomach twisted.

"It's ok Rora, Shuri said she's the best at this sort of stuff," Bucky exclaimed trying to make me feel better.

Lilly POV
It's been about a week since Newt told us about the flare and Rora was a mess. At night she'd look out the window and as soon as the sun peaked over the horizon she'd be outside the door pacing.

"Rora he'll be fine if he want Shuri would tell us," I tried reassuring her.

"Yeah and Shuri is working day and night!" Thomas added.

She stopped to look at us with the same expression that had been on her face for the last week before continuing to pace in front of the door. Then Shuri opened the door and stepped out shutting it behind her not allowing Rora to get even the smallest look at her boyfriend.

"That's it. I have talked to Tony and he has agreed that you should leave." She exclaimed looking at Aurora.

"Wha- but I need to stay here what if he nee-" she started.

"If he needs you we will come get you," Shuri said pushing her towards Stark who had entered the corridor.

Stark held her arm and dragged her, despite her pleas to stay, away from the room and out to, I'm guessing, the quinjet.

Aurora POV
Tony dragged me into the quinjet and Clint flew us to the facility again.

"Sorry kid, if we want Newt to get better we can't have his girlfriend pacing outside the door. It distracts Shuri." He said.

I nodded and sat down waiting to arrive at the facility.

"Happy will take care of you and get you anything you need, but otherwise the place is yours till we get back, feel free to visit your friends but don't throw parties in the house." Tony explained.

I nodded again knowing that I would be alone for a while until I could go back or they would come back. We landed a while later and I walked out the jet and waved goodbye to Tony and Clint before walking into the house and up to Newts room. I didn't think I would get attached to someone this much but I guess I have. I looked around his room and took out one of the shirts he had worn before we left and changed into it and some short shorts. I teleported down the stairs and took out some ice cream that was labeled 'Happy' I shrugged and pulled out a spoon to eat. I was halfway through the ice cream when Happy walked in.

"Tony has told me you're staying here but I just need to tell you to not eat-" he stopped and looked at me.

I had the end of the spoon hanging out my mouth and Happy's ice cream in front of me. I slowly took the spoon out my mouth and got another spoonful.

"-ice cream," he finished glumly.

"Whoops," I mumbled with a mouthful.

Happy rolled his eyes and walked off. I watched him leave before trying to get in contact with Gally, Minho, Frypan, Brenda and Sonya.

"Jarvis contact the new glade." I said hoping that there was a TV in the new glade somewhere and that they were in it.

"Contacting the new glade," Jarvis repeated brining up a FaceTime screen.

The screen loaded until four familiar faces popped up. I smiled at the sight of Gally, Frypan, Minho and even Teresa.

"Hey Aurora! How are you?" Minho said through the camera.

"Honestly pretty bad," I responded. "Did you wanna come and watch something here with me?"

"Uh sure, but what about Newt?" Frypan asked.

"He got the flare and in Wakanda being cured." I said.

"Explain." Gally said.
