The glades avenger (marvel and maze runner crossover)

Aurora POV
"I woke up in the scorch, went to this building and grabbed a torch and saw Thomas as a crank then I ran into another building and he followed me. Then I tried climbing away but Lilly was there so I fell then the avengers and Newt were cranks as well. Then-then you all gained your humanity for a few seconds shouted 'you did this to us' at me then Newt, you stepped forward and said 'You did this to them, to me. Your a monster! Who would ever love you!' And then I screamed and woke up," I explained recapping the hole experience.

Newt hugged me tighter and Tony sat down on a nearby chair to think. Nat said she was going to get some tissues and things to make me feel better, Lilly had sat at the end of my bed holding my hand and Thomas was pacing.

"Can you stop pacing it's making her feel more anxious!?" Newt yelled at Thomas.

I flinched and he turned back to me.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry!" He said gently before hugging me tighter. "I love you."

"I love you too," I managed to sob out.

"Hey why don't you two go on a date? You know, to show your love and affection for each other?" Nat said coming back in and handing me a bar of chocolate as well as a tissue box.

I took them gratefully and used the tissues to dry my tears. I nibbled on the chocolate and Newt looked at me with puppy dog eyes.

"Can I have some?" He asked.

I eyed him before nodding, he kissed me before breaking a chunk off the bar.

"By the way you have chocolate round your mouth," he mentioned.

My eyes widened and I wiped my mouth on my sleeve.

"You have tissues to do that!" Nat exclaimed.

I giggled and ate more of the chocolate.

"There's a park a little way from here, you could go there," Tony suggested.

"But it's still the middle of the night," I said.

"Doesn't matter, maybe we can see the sunrise," Newt exclaimed.

I nodded and stood out of Newt's arms before pushing him towards the door as well as everyone else.

"Hey I thought we were going out!" Newt yelled through the now closed door.

"I need to change," I yelled back changing into something more suitable for going to the park at night.

I opened the door in stretchy jeans, a long t-shirt, a jumper tied round my waist and my black boots on. Newt looked me up and down and pursed his lips before removing the jumper from my waist and pulling the one he was wearing off before handing it to me.

"I find it cute when you wear my jumpers," he shrugged.

I giggled and tied the jumper round my waist. We linked arms, got directions from Tony and walked out the compound down the road to the park. When we finally got to the park not much was there it was just a swing and a broken slide it wasn't much of a park, but it was good enough u suppose.

"What a great park this is," Newt exclaimed sarcastically.

"Yeah great park," I replied walking over to the swing and tugging on the chains that held it up, making sure it was alright to use.

"At least we got our first proper date," he mentioned looking around at the trees that surrounded the place.

I smiled when I realised it wasn't broken and I sat on it, slowly lifting my feet off the ground to double check it could hold my weight. It could, thank goodness, and I started swinging by myself while Newt watched me.

"Your not going to stand there the whole time are you?" I asked planting my feet on the ground again to stop.

Newt laughed and limped over. He pulled the swing back before pushing it like I was a 5 year old kid. He pushed me on the swing for ages until I stopped the swing again and got off.

"Your turn," I said moving out the way so he could get on.

"I'm not getting on the swing," Newt said looking at the swing the back at me.

I pouted and he sighed. He walked around and sat on the swing. I giggled and ran around behind him and pushed him, he wasn't that heavy but then again I'd been lifting weights while I was at the compound alone and I was also using my magic to help me push him.  Then all of a sudden the swing broke and Newt fell on his ass. We both fell into a fit of laughter and laughed till our stomach's hurt. After we officially stopped laughing we realised night had disappeared and the moon had sunk as the sun rose, paining the grassy areas around us with its sunrise. I sat on the ground and leant against one of the poles for the swing watching it. I felt Newt move next to me and I rested my head on his shoulder as he put an arm round my waist. We sat like that for a while until the sun was up when Newt pointed into the distance.

"What's that?" He asked pointing at a figure.

I gripped onto his hand, still shaken from the nightmare.

"Relax it's not a crank, if it was it wouldn't be out," he said trying to calm me down.

I nodded as we saw that it wasn't only one figure but two approaching us. I stood up quickly and pulled Newt up too. I pulled the gun I found in Newts pocket and raised it to them.

"It's just us it's just us!" Lilly shouted raising her hands in surrender.

I sighed in relief and gave the gun back to Newt.

"Sorry I thought you guys were something else," I explained walking over to Lilly and Tony.

"Cranks you mean?" She asked.

"Yeah," I nodded.

"Don't worry kid there shouldn't be any cranks around here," Tony said.

"Why you guys here?" Newt asked limping up behind me.

"We just wanted to make sure you're ok which you are so-" Tony stopped short after seeing the glare from Lilly and he sighed. "You are going to school."

"What! That hell hole! I'm not going there and you can't make me!" I yelled at him.

"See! No one like school! Except for maybe Peter Parker!" Lilly yelled at Tony as well.

"I think it would be a good experience for you kids, I mean you were trapped in a maze right? You didn't get education there," Tony tried reasoning.

"No but we found a way out of the maze! And we can all count! And speak! And spell! Name one thing that we can't do!" Newt yelled at him, joking in our shouting thing.

"Robotics?" Tony asked with a smug face.

"I can do that and I've taught them," I said proudly.

"Uhh.... build? I bet you can't build," Tony said trying to prove his point.

"We built things that n the maze and we all tried it," Lilly snapped.

"Enough! You're all going to school and that's final!" Tony shouted turning around and walking away. "School starts in a few hours by the way!" He called.

We all let our faces drop into a scowl and we walked off towards him.
