Aurora POV
They were coming. I could feel it. Lilly had recovered and had stepped down, allowing me to do what I wanted. I was describing my plan to her when she clutched her head.

"You ok?" I asked.

She shook her head and I lead her to one of the bedrooms, indicating her to stay there for a bit. I walked back to our map and examined it but something wasn't right. I could feel it.

Lilly POV
My head. It's felt like it was pounding and I couldn't lay down because that just made it worse.

Lilly. I heard a voice in my head say.

"What!" I yelled out loud.

Not too loud! I don't have much time. This machine doesn't work forever! Thomas's voice echoed.

Tommy! I yelled through my head.

Not to loud! Aurora can read minds remember. The louder you are the more she's going to realise somethings wrong and come for you. He explained. Something is wrong with her. We don't know what and so far it isn't the devil. Nothing seems to be trying to control you anymore but we can't make any promises. I need you to meet us outside the street. We are all waiting.

I nodded to no one and ran out the room, straight into Rora.

"Glad to see your feel-" she started.

"I have to go," I called rushing out the house and down to the end of the street where I came face to face with an overjoyed Thomas, upset looking Newt and the avengers.

Thomas ran over to me and pulled me into a huge hug.

"Where's Aura?" Newt asked from behind him.

"I don't think she should come. She's, as Thomas said, not herself." I explained.

Newt's eyes dropped to the ground.

"How am I not myself Lilly?" Oh god, she was here.

Everyone's ears pricked up at the sound of her voice and I turned slowly to face my devil of a friend.

"Calling me a devil won't help your situation," she pouted.

"I-I-I-" I stuttered.

"Didn't you find it fun killing people. I mean you did start it. Well that's was till I put a knife through your back," she said thoughtfully.

"You put a WHAT through my girlfriends back!" Thomas yelled.

"You heard me lover boy," she said stalking over to us.

I moved behind Thomas but Rora seemed uninterested and just pushed him out the way. Her eyes and hair were a flaming blue and there were traces of her devil side but she still acted completely innocent.

"Aurora!" Newt shouted making her head snap towards him.

"What?" She drawled.

"What's wrong?" He said walking over and grabbing her hands.

Aurora's eyes turned cold and the constantly moving glow in her eyes froze.

"Why were you around Teresa?" She asked her lip slightly quivering.

"Wha-what?" Newt asked with fear laced in his voice.

The glow in her eyes were gone as tears filled Aurora's eyes.

"Why were you with Teresa?" She repeated.

"I-I wasn't." He mumbled.

"Don't lie to me," she exclaimed.
