Y/N POV

The weekend has passed.

It's now sunday night.

Levi is already asleep and I'm just laying here in his arms.

Levi and I ended up not going to the event that my dad asked us to go to.

I told Levi I really didn't want to go.

Levi's response.

"You aren't the head of the company, so there is no need for you to be there. Yeah you are the head's daughter, but he doesn't let you do anything. He makes you send out catalogs. FREAKING CATALOGS! He hasn't let you sit in on one meeting, so it would be silly for you to go. What if someone asks you questions? Then not only you would look dumb, but also your father for sending you without properly knowing things."

I love when he is right and tries his best to look out for me.

It warms my heart.

But I know my dad knows we didn't go. So I'm just going to get yelled at.

But Levi will defend me.

He hates when my dad pushes me around.

But there is really only so much Levi can do to defend me and to I guess keep me safe from my dad's verbal abuse.

Levi has reassured me that he won't let anything happen, that the reasons he presented to me are more than enough for not going.

He said that if my dad thought of it any other way, he isn't a great business man.

But again, Levi can only look out for me so much.

And he can't really do much if I get yelled at while at work.

There are a lot of factors that play into this, some include Levi looking out for me, some include Levi being there with me, some include Levi not being part of the equation at all.

I'm a little scared to encounter that conversation with my dad.

I just don't really know what to expect.

I'm supposed to be going into the office tomorrow.

Levi is trying to tell me that everything is going to be ok and that I have nothing to worry about, but I am worried and I don't really think everything will be ok.

It was now Monday morning.

Levi and I were both getting ready to leave the apartment.

We said out goodbyes to Pepino, I grabbed the two lunches that I prepared for Levi and I.

Since we had food, we decided it would be better to eat in the packing lot together with our lunches.

Quite romantic if you ask me.

Especially since we don't know if my dad is going to talk to me right when I get there or later in the day.

My guess is that he'll talk to me right at the beginning of the day to make the rest of my day difficult on me.

He likes playing mind games.

And Levi is theorizing that my dad won't let him up since he'll 'be busy taking care of business things' or some type of bullshit like that as Levi likes to put it.

It's just a tough thing.

I really would have liked Levi there with me but we don't think that its going to be possible.
