Third Person POV

Sasha went to Levi's office door and knocked on his door.

She actually waited for him to invite her in.

"Name and business." Levi called out.

It wasn't as stern as it usually is.

"It's Sasha sir. I- um... well how do I put this without sounding like a creep... ok, I'm here to... no not that... Oh maybe-" She was audibly arguing with herself until it annoyed Levi.

"Just enter already." He said, obviously annoyed.

She entered and closed the door behind her.

'He looks pretty terrible.' Sasha thought.

"What did you need?" He asked, annoyance still evident in his voice, looking at his paper work.

None of it was making sense to him since his mind was cloudy.

She let out a sigh.

There was no point in hiding it now.

They were behind closed doors.

She didn't have to awkwardly shout in the hallway for other people to hear.

"Well, sir, I actually came to see how you were doing? I just didn't really think you would have wanted me to shout that in the hallway." Sasha said softly to him as she sat in the seat right in front of his desk.

He looked up at her and gave her a hard look.

"I'm fine. Is there anything else?" Levi was irritated at the fact that she came into his office to ask if he was ok.

"Well, have you decompressed with anyone? And I mean this with no disrespect at all shit, but you look terrible. You got bags and dark circles under your eyes, your hair is a mess, you don't have a cup of tea on your desk. And don't get me started on how you didn't say anything when I purposefully dropped a pen when I walked into your office."

Levi was a little shocked.

Was it evident that he wasn't doing well?

Very much so.

There was another theory that went around the office.

Levi didn't look good as he was entering the building and the staff members caught on to that.

They theorized that Y/N had been pregnant for a little while, that's what resulted in them getting married out of the blue, only to find out that she miscarried.

They believed that this was the root as to why Levi looked so terrible. And no one questioned it.

1 because it was just a theory.

2 because it was their boss who they were scared of.

And 3 because no one wanted to bring up any unwanted feelings from him.

He was their boss, and solely their boss, they all had a great working place relationship with him, but no one was necessarily friends with him, other than really Eren.

He was his go to person when he needed things in his personal life, that was if he couldn't go to Erwin or Hange before going to Eren.

Levi was at a loss for words.

And Sasha was able to easily notice this.

"Did you want a cup of tea before we have this discussion sir?" Sasha asked him softly.
