Not a Cinderella story but close

Chapter 21/ Violence of the lambs

That Saturday. 

Me, East, Fenix and North are at Sweet Frog eating yogurt. I say hi to Jimmy and we talk for a little. He's got a little sister and a hardworking dad. Their mom died when they were ten. He's been a good friend. I grab my yogurt and head to our table outside after I say goodbye and thank Jimmy. "Hey guys I don't know if I feel so well about this plan" East says after taking a bite of her yogurt and after I sit down. "Yeah me either" Fenix says laying down their paper bowl. "What do you mean everyone's on board. We can't turn back now" North says thinking of Tanner and his cheating heart and clenches her fist around her spoon. 

"I'm not saying we forget the plan, I'm saying that we get rid of the violence" East says looking at her sisters clenched fist on the table. "Then how will we get them to stay in the locker room?" I ask curiously. "Easy, we surround them. There is enough of us where they won't be able to run away." Fenix says joining East. "Why take out the violence?" North asks face red. "Think about it if we get ourselves on video punching them and crap, it will come down on us. That's not what this is about anyway, it's getting the hate crimes to stop" East says tapping her finger on the table. 

"Yeah alright, so the only difference is instead of punching them, we'll get them to admit all the hate crimes they've committed while filming" I say on board with this new plan. "I still don't like it," North says, crossing her arms. "Look I know that you wanted to punch Tanner, but this will be better for all of us and if we can show it to someone and they suspend them then you won't have to see him for a while." East says putting a hand on her sisters' arm. North pushes her sister's hand off of her arm "Ok, but I get the first jab at Tanner" North says. 

"Of course" I say. "Okay all that we need to do now is inform the others" Fenix says pulling out their phone. We made a group chat with all thirty of us and it never stops pinging. We have to type in all caps and bold "PLAN CHANGE NO PUNCHING BUT WE WILL GET THEM TO ADMIT WHAT THEY'VE DONE ON VIDEO" for it to be seen. Then I type "MEETING AT DON PEDROS SAME TIME SAME ROOM TONIGHT". "How did you get un-grounded?" Fenix asks suspiciously. "Oh I just told them that I had a big test that I needed to study for at your house every time we go out, like today" I say. "And they believe you?" North asks. "My grades were bad and they have been improving so yeah" I say, taking another bite of my yogurt. 

"Lucky, we've had soccer practice every Thursday and tutoring every Wednesday every week of the month." East says taking the last bit of her yogurt. Fenix and North finished theirs ten minutes ago. It's now 5:00 and we're all in the same room that we were in on Friday night. "Okay so I understand that some of you may have some questions and may even be mad, but just hear us out." East says. "If we film us punching those guys and we show it to anyone then it will be about us not about them. It needs to be about what THEY say not what WE do" Fenix says. "I get it, I was skeptical at first about this plan, but I think it's best for all of us if we aren't the ones doing the punching," I say. 

"What if the principal does nothing, again?" Someone asks. "Then we go over his head" North says leaning up from the wall and uncrossing her arms. "Trust me I want to get those guys as much as all of you, but we can't do what they've done to us. It would make us as bad as them" North says. There's silence for a while, but then someone starts shaking their head yes and soon everyone is nodding in agreement. "Alright then, let's do this" I say. We talk for another hour getting all the new details of the plan minus the violence into shape. We have six days until we can put the plan into action. I just hope this doesn't blow up in our faces. Spoiler alert it kind of did.
