Chapter 45/ Oh Crap

It's a couple of months later and I'm still not talking to Fenix. 

East has kind of faded since breaking up with Fenix. Fenix is as popular as ever. Me and North are still together. There have been practically no hate crimes against LGBTQ since Ms. Evern came in. The group chat is still alive with gossip and messages. There's just one HUGE problem in all of this. I realized that I have a crush on Fenix. I know I know me and East dated for 3 months. Me and North have been dating for 6 months. There's only one month of school left before summer. I can't help it. The heart wants what the heart wants and this heart wants to kiss Fenix right now as they walk down the hall in a nice suit. My heart also doesn't want to hurt North and also loves her. "Ugh" I say, banging my head on my locker. 

"Hey don't do that." I look up to see North standing there. "Don't injure my girlfriend, I need her" she says while wrapping her arm around my waist. I lean back against her. "I need you too," I say. "Well I'm glad" North says, kissing my cheek. She lets go of my waist and says "Got to get to class see you later" as she walks down the hall. Just as Fenix comes around the corner. I open my locker door really fast and nearly hit my face as I duck inside. After a few minutes I check and they are gone. "Ugh" I say as I shut my locker door and bang my head softly against it. Then the bell rings. "Great," I say, turning and walking to McCulley English not knowing who I really love and not knowing if any of it is real. 

After school I go to the gym, where I've been since I figured out I'm in love with two people. "Ok tell me why you've been coming in here for two months right after school. Also why you've been lifting a crazy amount of weight that you were never able to lift before '' Hanna asks as soon as I walk through the door with my gym membership card in hand. She's wearing a white tank top today with lip prints on it. "Wow, I didn't know that you were so observant Hanna" I say avoiding the question. "Quite avoiding the question" Hanna replies. My eyes widen. "So um you know North?" I ask fidgeting with my bracelet and looking at the pattern. "Yeah, what about her?" Hanna asks. "I recently found out that she's.....she's....." I can't say the rest. "She's what?" Hanna asks. 

"She's not the only one that" I look down not being able to look at Hanna. "She's not the only one you've fallen for'' Hanna finishes. I look up and give her a look. "It's written all over your face, hon'' She says. "Now that you know what do you think that I should do?" I ask walking closer to the desk. "Ok here's what I tell all of my friends to do." Hanna says getting straight to business. "This happens to them too?" I ask. "Oh yeah it happened a lot until they all realized that they are polyamorous. Now do you want the advice or not?" She asks. "Yes! I need to figure this out!" I yelp. "You need to write a love letter." Hanna says. "Love letter?" I ask curiously. "Don't intend it for either of them. Just write the love letter and when you're done whichever person you feel this belongs to the most is the right person to be with" Hanna says. 

"Wow that's really smart" I say to her. "I know. Now go in there and work out and when you're ready start writing the letter. Also remember to drink water." Hanna says. "Does that help with the decision?" I ask. "No, but you're about to lift 300 pounds you'll need to drink water after." Hanna says smiling. "Alright thanks for the advice" I say walking to the equipment room. "Sure thing hon'' Hanna says going back to typing on her computer. I entered the equipment room feeling better then I did when I first came in. I lift 300 pounds and then do the rest of my workout routine. Then I grab a bottle of water on my way out and say goodbye to Hanna. I push the door open and go to my car. I get in and drive back to my house. Curtain of a way for me to find out who I'm truly with. Spoiler alert it didn't go well.
