It's just so boring! I'm already done with the two weeks of school work that I was supposed to do. That's how bored I am. I did my school work! That's why I was on my phone when Fenix called, yeah I know, I snuck my phone, again. They sound out of breath. "Hey something happened today" Fenix says. "What's up?" I ask a little disinterested but listening.
"Rex,Jack, and Jason cornered me in the janitor's closet today and threatened me" They say. I sit up from my bed. "Oh my goodness are you ok?" I ask, fully present now. "Yeah it's just a scratch" They say. "Wait what? What sCrAtCh?" I ask suspiciously scrunching up my face. "Nothing, it's nothing" Fenix says a little hurriedly. "Fenix, tell me the truth or I'm driving to the school to ask" I say in a warning tone. "I'm not at school right now," Fenix says. "Then where are you?" I ask. "I'm at the mall," Fenix says. "Why the mall, you know, what that does matter. Fenix just, tell me the truth!" I practically yell into the phone.
"Fine, Jack punched me!" Fenix says frustrated and sighs. "WHAT!?" I yell getting up from my bed to stand. "Are you ok?" I ask Fenix. "Iris calm down I'm fine" Fenix says looking around the mall. "Did they do anything else?" I ask worried. "No, they just said that it was a warning if I told anyone about what Tanner said to us yesterday," Fenix says. "I'm going to kill them!" I say physically feeling anger rise in me. I must look like a tomato.
"Iris calm down, I'm fine" Fenix says. "I don't care, I want them all to have black eyes" I say thinking of a plan. "Iris, I hear you plotting through the phone, stop," Fenix says. "Ugh it's a little annoying that you know me so well" I say rolling my eyes and shifting the phone to my other hand. "What's the plan?" Fenix says out of interest in getting them back. "If we hold them and punch them then they'll all have black eyes" I say. "Iris, that's the stupidest thing I've ever heard," Fenix says.
"Hey!" I say a little defensively. "Ok I know we're strong, but not as strong as them all put together so how would we be able to hold them?" Fenix says. "But..." I start. They interrupt me "There are three of them, four if you count Tanner once he is out of suspension. There's two of us Iris. Face it we're outnumbered Iris" Fenix sighs. "Maybe we can help with that," says a voice behind Fenix. I hear Fenix shuffle. "Fenix who's that?" I ask bewildered. "It's East and North," Fenix says.
