This takes place after the oneshot 'Rain'

The weather was quite cold, but not so cold that she had to wear a warm jacket or a pair of gloves to keep herself warm. Pigeons flew over the girl who was enjoying the dark yet relaxing atmosphere. Chaeyoung breathed in the fresh air that entered her nose, her eyes closing slowly as a result of drowning in this calm.

She smiled slowly, the hoodie she was wearing still containing Mina's scent lingered, reminding her of the girl she really really loved.

Flashback starts

"Surprise!" Mina exclaimed in enthusiasm as she greeted Chaeyoung who had just woken up with a large box in her hand.

Chaeyoung, who was still eaten up by sleep, only looked at Mina in a daze as if she didn't know who she was.

"W-what is this?" asked the girl who looked like she was drunk.

"Just open it up, don't be too fussy." Mina ordered firmly, rolling her eyes. Chaeyoung gave a low nod and shook her head slightly before taking the box. She put the box Mina gave her on the table and then opened the lid.

Her eyes widened when she found that the item stored in the box was a gray hoodie with a hint of blue.

Even more surprising was that the hoodie contained a print of a penguin hugging a tiger. How cute. Extremely cute.

"Y-you made this??"

"No, you idiot." Mina snorted with a light chuckle. "I ordered it online, how the hell could I make something that good."

"Well you always make good gifts for me." said Chaeyoung who then grinned at her sweet lover. "Come here and give Chaengie a hug~" exclaimed the girl, pulling Mina into her warm and affectionate embrace.

"Do you like it?" Mina asked in their hug, leaning her cheek against Chaeyoung's chest, listening to the heartbeat of her beloved girl attentively, as if she was listening to a piece of music composed with passion.

"Anything you give me, I like." Chaeyoung replied, stroking Mina's short silky hair. "But why does it look too big? Are you making fun of me?"

"That's not what it is, you idiot." Mina replied with a small laugh, pinching Chaeyoung's cheek. "It's so that I can use it too, so we can share."

"Not bad, not bad." Chaeyoung said with a small nod, kissing Mina's forehead before hugging her tighter. "Love you, Minari, thank you so so much."

Flashback ends

Chaeyoung was completely silent, standing in the same place since earlier. It had been several hours since she had been standing without doing anything else, and the people passing by began to think that she was crazy, but they remained ignored.

"Minari....why?" that was the first word that came out of Chaeyoung's mouth after a long silence. "Why, Minari, why? Why did you go first without saying goodbye? What's wrong with you, Minari? Why did our relationship end up like this?"

However, she didn't get any answers from the girl he was mentioning. Besides, she would never get an answer from Mina ever again.

Chaeyoung froze, her eyes had been staring at the stone in front of her with the name 'Myoui Mina' written on it.

"You promised we'd share this hoodie together, right, Mina? You promised me..." Chaeyoung started sobbing non-stop, tears started rolling down her cheeks then sliding down the grass right in front of her shoes.

Behind the tree far from where Chaeyoung was, a woman who had been spying on her put on a flat face that didn't show any emotion, only a face that showed she was satisfied with what she had done, that she believed what she was doing was right and fair...

"It's for your good, Chaeyoung." said the short black haired woman. "I took Mina's life to prevent yours from being hurt. And so I will take all the other Minas' lives."
