Alright, since I'm not going to continue the oneshot "Water Fountain", I'll just elaborate what the main case is there.
Mina loves Chaeyoung, but the latter loves someone else, and is in fact already in a relationship with a guy, and so Mina loses her mind because of that. She suffers from schizophrenia, or also delusional disorder, and has been imagining a relationship with Chaeyoung, but that oneshot marks the 'end' of their delusional relationship since she's slowly being pulled back into reality, and when she woke up, it doesn't mean waking up from sleep, it's waking up from the dream world.
