I've just finished my first ever date with Jeongyeon when we officially became girlfriends. She confessed to me after we finished the badminton competition together, and it obviously surprised me, because I actually liked her too since we first met a few years ago. She has this quiet and stern aura but she's actually very sweet and sometimes flirty, that's why I love her so much.

After she confessed to me, I felt so happy because I finally have the person I love, but.....I know someone loves me too. It's none other than Son Chaeyoung. She's my best friend, and she likes me since grade two when we met. I know, I should prolly return the feelings, but the truth is I didn't feel the same for her. I just don't know why I can't love her back. She has confessed to me last three years ago, and I told her she's a nice friend too, but I'm just afraid to tell her I never liked her more than as a friend. She's my best friend, and I don't want her to receive wrong signs.

Flashback

I sat on top of my cozy bed in my bedroom while listening to my favorite song. It always soothes me while I am doing my homework, so I can do it faster I guess? I just had dinner and am already wearing my pajamas, when suddenly a notification popped up on the screen of my phone with the wallpaper of Rei, my dog.

I opened my phone, and it was Chaeyoung messaging me. We have always been chatting with each other both at school and online like two inseperable sisters seriously haha. I hummed and read her message.
