Remington spoke to the detectives and gave the best description he could give. But the biggest problem is that there is no proof against Josie. They interviewed her and she denied everything, including giving them a tight alibi. But there is no doubt in his mind that she is the one who orchestrated the entire event. Who else would have it out for him?

It's been about 2 weeks since he left the hospital and can walk on his own. The men decide to go out to dinner to celebrate his healing. They go to a local steakhouse and sit in the corner by a window.

"I'm so proud of you sweetheart. You have overcome so much. Do you know how brave you are baby?" Hearing this makes Remington blush. But there is only one thing on his mind.

"Hey, um, Andy?" They look into each other's eyes. "I guess I'm just curious. What do you consider us? I know I moved in kind of against your will and we had one date before that. But what are we....are we boyfriends? Friends with benefits?" He looks down, scared to hear the reply.

Andy stops eating and takes Remington's hand. "Well, it has been an intense few weeks together, but trust me baby, no one forced me to take you in. It was my idea." He smiles at him across the table. "I would like to be your boyfriend. I want you to be my one and only. The one I come home to every night and share my bed with."

Remington tears up and smiles. "Are...are you sure? I don't want to force anything on you..."

Andy shushes him. "Baby, nothing is being forced on me. I enjoy your company. I love your laughs and how you blush. How you bite your lip. Every whimper and moan that comes out of your mouth. Your perfect little hands. How you cuddle me at night and your soft little snores. How you can put your head on me and are the perfect other half. You are my missing puzzle piece baby."

"Except, I do NOT snore." They both chuckle
