When Dreams Hit Reality

The sun is bright and shining through the partly opened curtains. Andy groans and feels his boyfriend's arms around him, holding him protectively. He's never the big spoon. Ow fuck! He sits up and holds onto his head. Remington senses the movement and sits up with him. 

"What's going on baby, are you okay?"

"Just a bit of a headache. I had a crazy ass dream though. We got the condo and I told you to buy whatever shit for it. You bought like animal print everything and stripes and plaid and oh my god it was awful. But I need to call the realtor and find out a time to meet."

Remington laughs out loud and reaches over the night stand and gives Andy the keys. "You were barely awake yesterday. You signed for it already love. And yeah you did tell me to buy shit for it. But I told you no and that I'd wait for you to feel better."

"Fuck, so that wasn't a dream? And then I asked you to...wait, never mind. Did you buy that shit though?"

"No darling, I refuse to buy anything without you. But you were pretty out of it. Kept mumbling about wanting sex but you couldn't even stand."

Andy blushes and looks down. "Did I tell you anything else? I kind of remember but I don't know what was a dream and what wasn't."

Remington hold's his lover's hand and smiles while he does a little white lie, "No, nothing else babe. You were just horny as fuck."

Andy laughs loudly and groans when it makes his head hurt. 

"Hold on baby, let me get you some medicine for that." Remington comes back with some Tylenol and water. He feels the man's head and smiles. "Looks like your fever broke. You were starting to scare me last night. I don't know how to take care of sick people."

Andy thanks him for the medicine and takes it quickly. "Thank the universe for you baby. I don't know what I'll ever do without you."

Remington smiles and hugs the man. "Get better so you can take care of me."

Andy laughs and shakes his head. "You are a trip, you know that?" Andy gets up and brushes his teeth. 

I want to ask him about what he said yesterday...

Remington starts the shower and gets in, smiling when his boyfriend joins him. He bites his bottom lip and looks at Andy up and down. Andy turns around and smiles back at him. 

"Like what you see?"

Remington blushes and starts lathering himself up. "I'm just lucky to call you mine." 

Andy wraps his arms around his lover and kisses his forehead. "Lucky for you, you are mine forever."

"Oh yeah? Prove it." Remington says lowly. 

Andy smirks and raises his eyebrow. "I will soon my darling."
