⚠️ TRIGGER WARNING ⚠️

That's it. I lost it completely.

I went down the stairs, two fingers pressing on my temples again, trying to make sense of this whole situation.

More customers had arrived and someone was calling me back to the welcome desk.

I put on a poker face, bowing to the newcomers.

My mind was racing with scenarios as I was registering them.

As long as he stays in the VIP room, he's safe, I thought, trying to calm myself down.

But my anxiety came back running when I overheard some girls talking.

"Have you seen the cutie upstairs?!" the first one squealed, playing with her long hair.

"In the VIP room? No, but I've heard of the rumor!" the second one answered, fanning some air in her face.

"Did you see him without his mask?" the small one asked, her eyes sparkling in awe.

The new girl. She was just eighteen.

What was her name again? Chohee? Sunhee?

"No, but even with the mask on, he looks so... muscular! Oh, my goddess... I want him!" the first one replied with a chuckle. "I hope Yerah will ask me to go pay him a visit..." she added with a meaningful look at the others.

I felt my body freeze again, biting on my lower lip.

Seriously, what's wrong with him? Doesn't he realize how dangerous the situation is?

Finally, someone called me to help them behind the bar.

Should I just go there and drag him out of the place? Will he listen to me this time?

I was busy doing some dishes when one of the waitresses squealed behind me.

"Girls! I'm about to pass out from an overload of cuteness..."

I glimpsed at her as she was holding her tray tight against her chest, lovey-dovey eyes on her pretty face.

"Whatwhatwhat?" asked the others.

"He asked me if we had any drink... with milk!" said the girl, squealing again in a higher pitch.

I held my breath, my eyes darting back to the dishes, pretending to be very focused on my task.
