I shut my eyes, startled by the sudden flash of light.

Adrenaline rushed through my body and I opened my eyes wide.

"Sorry, I forgot to remove the flash!"

I squinted my eyes at the scene.

Jungkook was squatting by the bed, one of his gigantic cameras in his hands, an embarrassed grin on his face.

My eyes darted all around us.

Jungkook's bedroom.

It was just a dream.

"I didn't mean to wake you up..."

"W-What's wrong?" I asked in a husky tone, feeling disoriented. "W-Why do you take pictures...?"

I rubbed my eyes, my head still spinning.

"Oh..." I felt his weight sitting by my side. "I just woke up... And you looked so beautiful, sleeping..."

I stopped rubbing my face, looking at him.

His black hair was all disheveled, his bangs falling around his adorable puffy eyes. He was wearing a simple white t-shirt, getting tight around his shoulders.

"Also, I wanted to remember... This moment... This night," he tilted his head to the side, his bangs falling in front of his doe eyes, looking at me as if I was the most precious thing in the whole world.

He leaned down to me, his fingers pushing a strand of hair away from my neck.

I held my breath, observing him as he was observing me, a shy smile on his lips.

That was when I realized.

That was the exact picture I saw in my dream. Me, sleeping in Jungkook's bed, wearing his t-shirt.

All the memories from that dream rushed through my mind and I found myself overwhelmed.

Jungkook's finger softly caressed my cheek and I felt tears gathering in my eyes.

A dream...

It was just a dream.

I will never have all these beautiful things.

The emotions became too intense.

"What's wrong?!" Jungkook's eyes widened when he realized. "Why are you crying?"

Panic replaced the loving expression on his face.

I sniffed, drying my teary eyes with the bed sheets.

"I-I just had a dream..." I sobbed, warm tears now flowing freely down my cheeks.

"What dream? Was is it a nightmare...?" Jungkook asked in a pressing tone, his fingers brushing down my hair on the pillow as if he didn't know what else to do.

He looked so helpless and beautiful, looking down on me, a distraught look on his face.

"No... Not a nightmare..." I sniffed again, drying my cheeks with the back of my hands. "Just a very beautiful dream..."

"A beautiful dream...?" Jungkook repeated, his eyebrows furrowing as he found some paper tissues on the bedside table.

I nodded, taking the tissue he was offering me.
