"Yaaah..." Jungkook grumbled. "The mirror is dirty-"
I clicked my tongue against my teeth, impatiently waving my hand in his face.
"Tsss... Let it go. ARMY loves our selfies."
He shrugged it off, his hand reaching for the chocolate bar he had been hiding in his pocket all along.
"YAH, JUNGKOOK-AH! GIVE ME THAT!"
While we were all scared of Jungkook... The maknae was scared of only one person in the whole world.
Stylist-noona.
She was, at most, about 150 cm (4'11), but somehow, she seemed to tower all of us whenever she'd be around.
She snapped the candy out of Jungkook's hand, not caring for a single second for the puppy eyes he was giving her.
I felt bad for him. He had been putting on some weight over the last two months and the netizens (sigh) had remarked it a bit too much for our team to let it go.
Little did they know, he was going through the post-breakup blues.
"Don't worry, there will be some cake later..." I patted his shoulder with a comforting smile.
"Cake?" he frowned to the mirror, adjusting his bangs around his forehead.
"Yeah. My birthday cake."
He laughed, turning back to me.
"Try to act surprised, at least."
"I'll pull on my best actor face..." I replied with a gigantic fake smile.
"Like in your birthday vlive?
I pouted my lips as an answer, not even trying to pretend I had done a good job at looking happy in my live.
Towards the end though, I had managed to feel happier, thanks to the interactions with ARMY.
But I had just been plain depressed at the beginning.
