Chapter 5 Where are we?

READER'S POV

I woke up and I think I was in a dungeon link was lying next to me but he's not a human anymore he's a wolf. When I tried to get up I looked down I saw large white paws and I realised I also transformed after link and I got pulled through that portal.

'What the? I'm a white wolf?! How did that happen!? Oh never mind that! How am I gonna get back to my human form!? I can't let shadow see me like this! He'll think I'm a freak! But then again it sure would scare the hell out of my aunt and my cousins that'll teach them to throw me out onto the street, What am I thinking!? There's no time for stuff like that right now!'

I thought to myself. I looked at my right paw and I was chained. I went to link and I nudged him with my nose to wake him up and he finally regained consciousness.

LINK'S POV

While I was knocked out I felt something on my face to wake me up. When I woke up I saw a wolf next to me and when I looked down I was a wolf as well.

"What's going on? Where am I?"

A familiar voice then spoke up.

"Link thank goodness you're okay."

When I heard what that wolf said to me, I realized that voice belonged to (Y/n) I forgot she went through that portal with me when we were pulled through. I looked at her and asked her.

"(Y/n)? What in the world happened to you and where are we?"

"I don't know the last thing I remembered before this happened, was when we got grabbed by something and Faron woods was somehow different but when I woke up I realized I also transformed and as for where we are, I think we're in a dungeon."

"Well we better get out of here"

(Y/n) sweatdropped and she said to me.

"Uhh, Link in case you haven't noticed we're kind of chained up at the moment."

"Well try and break them if you can."

I said as (Y/n) she started to bite on the chain.

READER'S POV

I grabbed the chain and I started to bite and chew on the chain and so did link but then we both heard something we turned around and there was an imp her body was small and her head was kind of big and then she leapt above us and landed in front of the cell door and said to us with a grin on her face.

"Found you!"

When we saw her we started to growl at her.

"Ohh, aren't you two scary. Are you sure you two want to be snarling and growling at me like that? Cause I was planning to help you if you two were nice."

We both stopped growling and she said to us.

"There that's better you humans are obedient to a fault, aren't you".

She came up to us said to us.

"Oops, you two are not human anymore you're a beast."

I growled and I tried to bite her.

"Now, now there's no need to bite."

Then she started to create something between her hands and then the sparks struck at the chain both Link and I were surprised. The imp came in front of us and she said to us.

"Hee hee, you two look surprised."

"I suppose you're wondering where we are."

She began to dissolve and then she was outside of the cell.

"Tell you what, I'll make you a deal if you two can get over that is."

'What is she playing at? She makes it like if it's a game to her.'

I thought to myself. After she said that, I saw a box which was obvious that there was a gap so I broke the crate and link and I dug underneath the bars and we made it out.

After we got out of the cell she disappeared for a moment suddenly she got onto Link's back and he started to jump around like an idiot.

"Hmpf I guess you're not completely stupid after all."

Link stops jumping around like a clown and I went over to the imp and sniffed her.

"Curious aren't you little white wolf."

I growled at her. She grinned at me and said to us.

"Look there's no need to growl at me listen I'll get you two out of here if you two do as I say well quit doddering and get moving!"

She shouted and she kicked link's side. I sweat dropped and said to Link.

"Link, you can't be serious? are we seriously gonna trust that shrimp?"

"Hey, she got us out didn't she?"

"*Sigh* fine but I don't trust her she's hiding something from us."

I started to walk away from them and I noticed there was a chain I figured it would open that entrance in the other cell.

I jumped up and I grabbed onto the chain with my mouth and pulled it and then the entrance opened.

"Come on, this way!"

I shouted at Link. When we left the dungeons we were in some kind of waterway. I looked around and there was this green light I went over to it and then I sensed a soldier standing in front of me.

'A soldier? I see the soldiers can't see us because they're in a spirit form... wait a minute, my father used to tell me stories about the twilight realm and if those from the light enter in this realm then they would become spirits I'm guessing that beast pulled us into Faron woods after one of the light spirits lost their light but Link and I haven't been turned into spirits so how does this explain about us transforming into these wolf forms?'

I thought to myself. I looked around and there were a few enemies so we managed to kill them I guess I'm starting to get used to this body. After a while, we made it to a large fence and then the imp dissolved through the bars like what she did earlier at the dungeons. The imp said to us.

"I'll let you guys find your own way you two can make it here."

After she said that I looked to the right and there was a tunnel so link and I went through it then we saw a spirit again but he was a soldier. Link then asked me.

"What's going on (Y/n)? Where are these spirits coming from?"

"I used to hear stories about these things from my father but I always thought they were just myths I guess I was wrong there."

"Stories about what?"

Link asked me. I explained to him.

"Something about the twilight realm my father used to tell me stories about it when I was a child."

"Twilight realm?"

"The twilight realm is part of the darkness my father said that a group of assassins fought against the darkness but some of them were eliminated during a war that happened years ago."

I looked at Link and he looked interested and surprised when I told him. I smiled at him and I said to him.

"I'll tell you the rest later once we've gotten out of here."

"Right".
