jake parked his car slowly behind his garage. it was fully night time, around midnight and everyone was sleeping.

jake was mentally praying to himself that bella won't cause a dramatic scene that could alarm the neighbors- especially her parents.

"bella?" jake called her out, staring at her sleeping state in his passenger's seat. her neck is leaning one side- stating that she was very comfortable laying down.

jake blinked, not hearing a response from bella.
"uh bella?" he repeatedly called out.

no response.

he looked forward at the empty road with his arm laying on the wheel. he heavily exhaled, preparing himself to pick her up again.

jake got out of his driver's seat, walking towards the other side.

he slowly slid his arms around bella's neck and under her knees to pick her up easily.

"where are we going..." bella lowly growled at jake, still half asleep, feeling jake's soft skin making contact with her cold skin.

"geez you're cold." jake complained, chills shivering when he felt her cold skin. he wrapped his palms tighter against her bare shoulder to give her some warmth.

bella giggled, "you're so cute~" she involuntarily bloop jake's nose which caught him off guard.

"you're drunk.." jake started walking towards his door, whispering at bella so she can sleep peacefully.

even though bella was half asleep, she was blushing inside- hard. she was scared to open her eyes and blush even harder to see jake's glowing eyes.

like a prince charming carrying his princess.

jake managed to unlocked the door with his house keys and kick the door short after entering.

"that's so louddddd" bella whined loudly, causing a jake to have a little headache since it was late at night.

"shh." jake hushed which made bella be silent.

jake carefully walked each step upstairs, gripping bella tighter so she won't fall under his arms while bella didn't move an inch, too tired to do so since her body was lightweight by the alcohol.

jake was holding his breath every step he took so he won't make a noise to wake up bella.

jake slightly kicked his room's door to open, almost running towards his bed to drop bella down.

"how much did you consume?" jake panted, standing in front of his bed where he placed bella down.

bella cheekily giggled, stretching herself in jake's bed.

"it smells good.." bella cuddled in jake's blanket, smelling the familiar lavender faint scent.

jake scoffed, "you didn't answer my question." his hands on his hips, staring at the girl below him.

"i want another bottle!" bella burst, pointing to the ceiling with her index finger, smiling widely with her little hiccups.

"i told you not to drink." jake rubbed his temples on his forehead, annoyed by the sudden loud volume.

bella pouted.

"can you sober up a bit?" jake asked, despite knowing that's impossible with bella's drunken state.

"nooo.... i can't.." bella muttered. "sorry." she hiccuped while stuffing her head more into jake's pillows.

jake mentally cursed himself, slowly inhaling and exhaling.

"that sucks.." he clicked his tongue in disappointment.

he stared at bella smiling comfortably as she was snuggling against his bed sheets. jake saw the baby version of bella in his eyes, making him smile softly at bella.

jake grabbed something from his closets, his large hoodie so bella won't be cold later.

jake sat down in his bed, looking directly at bella sleeping's face.

"can you stand up for me bella?" jake softly whispered with his deep, low tone that always make bella flustered.

bella sobered a bit after snoozing a bit in his car. when she heard jake's voice, she slowly raise her body up while the blanket was covering her cold legs.

"hmm??" bella's drunk self swung a bit, feeling unbalanced while jake saw her flushed face.

"raise your arms." jake requested, unfolding his hoodie in front of him.

"it's sooo cold thoooughh..." bella replied, not raising her arms up.

"that's why i'm giving you my sweater." jake annoyingly replied, as he was huffing his cheeks.

bella slowly raised her arms up in front of bella, getting shivers from the cold air.

jake placed his large hoodie over bella's arms, instantly feeling warmth in it. bella smiled, it smelt just like jake.

jake ruffled bella's hair, "you look cute in my hoodie." he complimented, earning blushes from bella.

"awe are you blushing?" jake suddenly teased the frozen girl.

bella gulped by the sudden teasing. "shut it."

"you got your sober self back?" jake raised an eyebrow at the girl.

"kind of?" she said, feeling unsure as she was scratching her head, her eyes fixating on the ruffled blanket.

"do you think you can remember everything from last night?" jake asked, eyeing the girl with anticipation.

bella shook her head. "i don't think so.." she hiccuped.

jake gulped. he looked at bella's hand before her sleepy eyes, slowly shutting off.

his heartbeat started to race faster out of nervousness. he was debating last minute if it's necessary to do it.

jake slowly grabbed bella's glasses, taking them off for her while bella didn't bother to move an inch. although she felt jake remove her glasses, her heart was also beating faster.

bella faced jake while he was admiring her bare features- especially her pink lips from the alcohol.

"i hope you get to remember this.." jake whispered, placing her glasses on his desk table next to the bed.

"hm?" bella hummed, burping a bit.

jake grabbed bella's cheek, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. he moved his head closer to bella, creating a tight gap between them.

bella smelt the warmth alcoholic scent from jake's breath while jake's eyes were only staring at her lips.

jake went closer and closer until before you knew it,
their lips connected.

slow paced and gentle, their soft lips compressing with each other creating an electric spark on their bodies.

jake tilted his head sideways while cupping bella's cheeks tighter with both of his palms, deepening the kiss while bella was slowly crawling her hands on jake's soft twisted hair.
