bella arrived school by herself this morning since jake had the duty to clean the chalkboard this morning and sunghoon was gonna arrive a bit late since he left his skates at his rink last night.

bella felt unused to walking to school alone since either jake or sunghoon would bother her- but it helped her get energy and drain her sleepiness away.

bella walked through the hallways, entering the classroom. she found jake waving at her from the side, greeting her with a sponge.

bella smiled as well and started walking towards him in excitement.

"jake~" a familiar voice suddenly appeared, making bella stop her tracks.

she furrowed her eyes when seeing a smiling soojin walking towards jake. "is this problem right?"

soojin pointed a piece of her homework with a pencil, smiling while asking jake who was quietly analyzing the work she did.

bella quietly lowered her hand. although she was a bit hurt, she had to understand and remind herself that jake is just a tutor, this is normal.

"yes." jake muttered and quickly shifted his eyes to see bella again but she was already gone.

jake averted his puppy eyes at a lonely bella quietly going to her seat.

relieved, jay started a conversation with her to make her feel less lonely.

"thank you sexy~" soojin seduced him while she pressed her hand on his hoodie, touching across his chest.

jake quickly removed his hand away from soojin, shoving it towards her with a disgusted face.

soojin started giggling goodbye as she was skipping away.

jake rolled his eyes at soojin before going to his desk.

he quickly kneeled down to his bookbag that was in the teacher's chair.

he took out a pre-prepared coffee latte- french vanilla, bella's favorite.

jake excitedly walked towards bella's desk to cheer her up while holding his bag on the side.

he placed the latte in front of her. "it's an apology gift for not walking with you this morning." jake sat down on his seat, greeting bella a shy smile.

bella softly gazed at her favorite drink. "don't apologize it's fine." she shook it off before stabbing the cup with a straw.

a bit too strong for a stab.

"fucking soojin didn't let me say hi to you." she muttered while taking sips.

jake sighed, feeling the same. "she's an annoying brat." he disapproves.

"are you sure?" bella suddenly asked, looking at jake with a sad eyes.

jake panicked, feeling the sense of sadness. "hm? what do you mean?" he questioned.

"that she's not gonna ruin ... us?"

jake paused. he knew what bella was referring to, a bothersome to their feelings. if a change will a occur between them. or for the worse, separation.

"of course not." jake reassured. "i'm just a tutor." he added as bella felt a bit better.

bella smiled at jake, "you have chalk in your cheeks." she pointed it out.

jake looked lost, widening his eyes to show his embarrassed face as bella kept chuckling.

"and you only tell me now?" jake glared while removing the chalk from his cheek.

"you looked somehow.. cute." she utterly confessed as jake rolled his eyes.

"tomorrow is my last day." jake stated, earning a gasp on jay and bella's lips.

"what already? it hasn't been a week?" jay furrowed his eyebrows as he looked up at jake. lips focused on him.

it has only been three days.

jake turned around to face jay. "surprisingly her tutor is back from vacation." he reasoned, earning happy grins from bella and jay.

"are you guys that happy that i'm gonna come back?" jake snickered after seeing their happy grins.

"of course, soojin stole you from us every lunch period." jay pursed his lips, a bothered expression planted on his lips as bella nodded, agreeing.
