"ouch!" bella accidentally bumped into someone, instinctively grabbed her shoulder.

"sor-" she paused her words and her expression tighten when she turned around and saw soojin behind her.

with a smirk.

"i'm sorry." soojin apologized, having no emotion in her words.

bella shrugged it off and continued walking away.

her gut felt something, and it felt oddly weird and nerve-wrecking when she walked away.

soojin arched her eyebrow before turning around to walk upstairs. she had a covering of her arms in a sweater as she walks up towards the rooftop.

"jake.."

soojin called jake out in the rooftop, in a gloomy and teary tone opposite to of what she said towards bella.

jake turned around with a neutral expression, already annoyed by seeing soojin.

soojin wanted to meet up with jake in the rooftop to reveal something.

then suddenly soojin burst into tears in front of jake which cause him to look around, awkward and fidgeting. he didn't know what to do by the sudden crying.

soojin kept wiping her tears with her now stained sleeves.

"what's wrong?" jake asked since that's the only thing he thought out, but no emotion in his voice but he seem a bit worried for soojin.

soojin stared sniffling, "bella.." she muttered in a low tone.

she suddenly moved her sleeves up, revealing multiple realistic bruises on both of her arms, shocking jake.

"what?" jake asked, unsure what soojin said earlier.

"bella..." she sniffed before crying again, "did this!"

jake was at a loss for words. he was definitely speechless.

he thought, bella did this? did she really do this? is she faking it? if she's faking, why would she let be this extreme? bella doesn't seem be the person to do this, but she does have a lot of anger issues that can result in physical fights.

jake was confused, "what do you mean bella?" he eyed at the crying girl. he started to have many doubts.

"can i get a hug jake?" soojin whispered in a low tone, sniffling at the ground.

although jake disliked soojin a lot, he's a gentleman and cares for others.

jake slowly took a step forward at soojin until soojin threw herself at jake's arms.

he gulped, raising his hand to place behind soojin's back slowly rubbing it for comfort.

as soojin kept on crying on jake's arms, her eyes suddenly opened and a smirk started to form on her lips.

"done!" bella commented, biting her bottom lip in excitement.

she was finished writing a letter since she was bored in the classroom without jake sitting next to her.

she secretly, hid her letter inside jake's book bag that contained all of her feelings and sincere emotions towards jake.
