although jake was clearly uncomfortable, he held it to himself trying to let others be comfortable around him.

"do you get it soojin?" jake asked, pointing the problem with a pencil while looking at soojin with a blank expression.

soojin nodded shyly, bumping her shoulder with his arm.

"kind of... i'm confused." she pouted her lips while looking at jake who exhaled slowly.

"i've been explaining the problem five times already soojin. pay attention." he sternly replied, getting a bit irritated.

soojin fist punched jake'a arm, "don't be like that jake~"

"whatever." he muttered under his breath before restating the same words over and over again.

jake felt her staring once again. "can you stop staring at me?" he mumbled.

soojin chuckled in her sweet voice. "but you're so handsome." she blushed, her palms compressing her burning cheeks.

he wondered if this is how bella feels like he bothers her. he chuckled at the thought of it, seeing bella be angry with him.

"are you laughing?" clearly, soojin misunderstood it thinking that jake is chuckling at her which made her smile even wider.

jake glared at the girl instantly, "no."

"you are~" soojin sang while bumping her fist against jake's shoulder as he tried doing breathing exercises to calm him down, as if he followed bella.

"soojin?" sunoo repeated. all three of them- jay, sunghoon and bella were huddled up in one desk in sunoo's classroom when it was free time.

"i don't like her." sunoo shook his head. all of them were taken aback by sunoo's response.

if sunoo doesn't like anyone, that's a bad sign.

"huh? why?" sunghoon asked, more intrigued by sunoo's frown.

"her vibe.." sunoo used a hand gesture. "doesnt feel right."

"we're utterly fucked." jay muttered under his breath, sighing.

"does she really have obsession with people?" bella asked, sounding a bit worried as she scooted a bit closer to sunoo's desk.

sunoo hummed, thinking about it. "hm.."

"for sure yes."

all of them sighed, feeling like they got defeated. but bella was most worried about,

jake had a tiring expression when going back to his class. he for sure got a beating migraine.

the other three people were going back upstairs to their floor, wanting to talk and discuss with jake.

but coincidentally they met on the staircase.

"jake?" bella called out sleepy jake who had his shoulders down, walking each step slowly.

jake waved, not uttering a word as he was walking towards his friends.

jake quickly interlocked arms with bella and placed his sleepy head on bella's head. "what's wrong with you?" bella asked, a bit irritated and worried for jake.

"i have to tutor some random girl." he managed to say, slowly opening his eyes.

sunghoon and jay exchanged confused glances.

"who?" they both asked at the same time.

"jake!" a high pitch girly voice called his name out.
jake mentally sighed before looking at the direction where he was being called from.

it was soojin once again excitedly standing in the distance, waving at jake with a loud volume which made jake have a headache ten times worse.

"dammit." he muttered, whining with his eyes closed. the others looked at him confused but especially shocked and weirded out- to the point they got chills all over their body.

jake planted a fake smile when soojin was in front of him.

"you forgot your pen silly!" soojin handed a pen towards jake who furrowed his eyebrows.

"that's not my pen." jake stated, clearly annoyed with her presence in front of him as soojin kept giggling.

"silly, just take it!" soojin strongly gave grabbed jake's hand and placed a pen on his open palm.

jay and sunghoon turned around and lightly gagged behind jake, cringing at the sound. while bella was utterly disgusted and giving a glare at soojin.

soojin noticed jake's arm interlocked with bella. she smirked at the sight.

"you guys are so cute~" soojin innocently smiled- mostly at bella who was holding her fist to punch her.

"of course we are." bella spit out as soojin was chuckling.

"i hope it lasts long." soojin smirked again before walking away to her classroom.

"she's on my fucking nerves." bella's expression changed from calm to cringing to anger and her friends noticed all too quickly.

"ahahah..." jay awkwardly chuckled, "let's get you coffee hm?" he suggested with an awkward smile, feeling the tension atmosphere.

"she gives me the chills." jake mimicked a shiver.

"how long are you tutoring her?" bella stared at jake who was nervous just by looking at bella's bitchy face.

"a week.." jake replied in a whisper, biting his nervous lips.

"should i talk to the teacher, no, should i talk to soojin for you?" bella asked jake in a deadpan expression.

jake panicked, "we aren't fighting anyone bella."

"coward." bella rolled her eyes before walking away, unlocking arms with jake and go to seat.

"don't bother her for a while.." sunghoon awkwardly smiled while whispering at jake who nodded, frowning a bit.
