next morning came along. as usual, bella did her regular routine such as wearing a comfortable hoodie over her school uniform because it gets cold in the mornings.

bella quickly grabbed a cold plastic cup with a french vanilla flavoring coffee and grabbed a piece of toast on her table, her mouth holding the slice of bread.

"bye~" she muffled between her words, rushing to slip into her shoes and started running towards school. somehow she's always late or close to late.

her mom sneered while chopping up vegetables on the cutting board, "maybe i have to wake her up early so her and jake can walk together." she thought of, giggling at how the two of them could be cute.

bella stopped her tracks as she stood in front of the entrance gate of her school. she placed her hands on her knees, loudly breathing in and out to catch her breath.

"you look like you ran a marathon, but you still lost." sunghoon walked towards her, with his arms crossed smiling in front of the school.

bella looked up with a glare. "i hope you crack your skull on ice mister park." she spits out earning a giggle from sunghoon.

sunghoon took out a cold water bottle from his backup. he handed it to bella.

bella looked up with a confused stare.

"you need it." sunghoon innocently smiled. bella mumbled a 'thanks' before untwisting the bottle cap.

as bella was about to take a sip, sunghoon decided to prank the girl by raising the water bottle higher, making the water spill on bella's mouth and stain her hoodie.

bella was indeed irritated by sunghoon's silly pranks in the morning, she stayed silent to reduce her anger issues from overflowing so her energy won't be wasted.

sunghoon instantly moved to the side incase bella throws water can him, smiling like a six year old with his dimples popping.

"you're so dead." bella clenched between her teeth.

"not if you catch me." sunghoon suddenly started running after saying those words, making bella run a mile towards sunghoon.

"why are you running!?" jay blurted after bella and sunghoon enter the classroom with loud sudden noises that bothered jay.

as bella was closer towards sunghoon, she pulled him by the collar- staring at his eyes with anger. sunghoon was trying to hold his giggles.

"ayo calm down, what did he do?" jay panicked, hesitate to remove bella's hands some sunghoon's now crumbled up collar.

"feisty." sunghoon chuckled, amused. jay widened his eyes, "shut it." jay replied, cringing at sunghoon's words.

bella exhaled, letting go of sunghoon's collar harshly. sunghoon smirked, trying to flatten his collar as bella bit her bottom lip to prevent herself from yelling.

"don't ever do that again." bella hissed as sunghoon did not take her word very seriously. bella sighed, pulling her seat to sit on.

"good morning jake~" sunghoon skipped to the boy, placing an arm around his shoulder as a greeting.

jake lightly jumped but smiled to the boy.

"bella can you help me send some boxes to the office?" jay requested as he wrote something on his desk that was supposed to be class-president related material.

bella leaned against her elbow, eyeing sunghoon smiling like he was innocent of nothing.

"can i smash on it on sunghoon's face and ruin that face of his?" she blurted, throwing an attitude.

sunghoon replied, "as long it's you who ruins my face." he smiled before talking to jake.

bella rolled her eyes, "touch grass."

"i only touch ice." sunghoon replied, earning a chuckle from jake and jay as bella's anger issues were rising more and more.

it was later break time, and as bella promised, she would carry a small box to the office while jay was doing errands for the teachers.

"you're so lucky you were born with that face." bella picked up the small box on the back of the room as sunghoon snapped his fingers and pointed his index fingers on bella, showing his high esteem.

bella ignored that cocky behavior as she went downstairs to the staffs' office.
