bella stretched the soft blanket sheets, feeling a ray of sunshine planting on her face.

she tilted her head to the side, slowly opening her eyes to an unfamiliar scene surrounding her.

this clearly wasn't her room. it had more darker tones and opposite than bella's room.

bella looked around the room and started to worry.

she remembered jake carrying her up to his room.

bella cursed herself and removed the blanket sheets.

when she stand up immediately from the bed, she felt lightheaded and got a beating headache.

she groaned in pain, her hand pressing the beating pain in her forehead.

"shit.." she mentally complained to herself for drinking so much last night.

she found her glasses on jake's desk and placed them on, ready to leave.

"are you on a hurry?" a voice scared her from behind. bella gulped, recognizing the familiar voice as her eyes were bulging out.

she slowly turned around and found a wet haired with a blank stare. she lowered her eyes to see him with a tray of pancakes, porridge, and a drink to cure her hangover.

her heart somehow fluttered. "was i drunk last night?" she asked the obvious question.

jake walked towards bella, chuckling at the nervous girl. "hmm very.."

"where did you sleep?" worried bella asked, feeling a bit bad that he probably slept at the floor.

"the couch downstairs, you look cute sleeping on my bed." jake snickered.

bella rolled her eyes at herself as she sat down in his bed.

"shit." she groaned, her palms on her forehead, feeling throbbing pain all over her head.

jake quickly placed the tray of food on his desk and went up to bella with a worried expression.

"you should rest." he advised, placing the pillows behind bella for her head to rest as bella kept groaning.

"you were a completely different person last night." jake snickered, getting the tray to the bed and placed it on his lap.

"how horrible was i?" bella questioned, closing her eyes to rest.

"hmm..i wouldn't say you were horrible last night." jake stated which cause bella to be surprised at herself.

jake placed his hand on his chin, showing he was entertained, "rather seeing a cutesy side of you."

bella clicked her lips, "pretend you didn't see that."

"but it was cute." jake replied, not agreeing with bella.

once again, bella's heart started to flutter and butterflies were flying inside her stomach.

"s-shut up." she managed to say, feeling nervous.

"can you get up a bit? i have to feed you." jake asked as he was mixing the porridge with a spoon.

bella tsk, "i can feed myself mister." she defended as she was pushing herself up by her elbows.

she widened her eyes after realizing something. she looked at her arms and her body. "is this your hoodie?" she asked, a blush planting across her cheeks.

jake smiled like a proud boy. "and you look cute on it." jake mimicked bella's tone from last night and boop on her nose as he scrunched his nose at bella.

bella's heart was thumping, echoing across her whole body.

bella pursed her lips and quickly grabbed the warm porridge on her lap. "geez you're even annoying in the morning." she complained as jake kept smiling at her.

bella noticed jake's stare at her. "can you stop staring at me?" bella avoided eye contact towards jake when she said that but jake cutely shook his head, like a dog.

"but you're so cute~" jake refused as bella took another spoonful of the porridge.

jake puffed his cheeks, looking down.

"do you perhaps remember anything last night?" jake carefully asked.

bella straightforwardly replied, "the kiss?"

jake widened his eyes at how easy it was for her to reply as bella was casually eating her porridge. he was for sure taken aback.

"that was so straightforward." jake embarrassingly replied as bella snickered.

"it was sudden.." bella stated, sighing as she felt a bit embarrassed last night.

"sorry." jake apologized. bella looked up at him with furrowed eyes.

"sorry for what?" bella asked, confused as she stopped eating her porridge.

"suddenly kissing you.. i bet you were uncomfortable." jake lowered his shoulders, feeling utterly bad.

"i wasn't uncomfortable, if i did, i would absolutely kicked your ass." bella giggled.

jake looked at her with a surprised look, "you weren't uncomfortable? i'm sorry though it just got me.." he once again apologized, biting his bottom lip.

bella suddenly gained courage and placed her hand on his hand in his lap.

jake's eyes widened and he looked at bella who was soft smiling at the blanket. "not gonna lie, i liked it."

jake's lips were apart from the sudden praise. the corner of his lips were forming a smile, "really?"

bella nodded, cheekily smiling.

"i like you jake."

jake once again opened his mouth from the confession.

so many happy thoughts were running in his mind, he felt like he was in euphoria.

"i like you too bella."
