Jorge stopped the car. We walked out and looked at the city. "The Last City," I said in disbelief. Newt walked towards Thomas and me. "You need to prepare yourselves, big chance she is there too," he said while he patted our shoulders. I looked up. "I know" we walked back to the car. We drove towards the city. Before the city walls there was a small town as well. We walked in and tried to blend into the people. "stay close to each other," Thomas whispered. "They are demonstrating," I said. People were standing before the walls. "They want to get in as well," Thomas said. I understood they wanted to. This place was a hell and inside it would be safe. A car was driving through the streets. Yelling that the people behind the walls were bad. Someone on the car looked at me. He looked familiar. I couldn't keep my eyes off him. They disappeared in the crowd again. I didn't think much of it and followed the others again. A drone was flying above us. I saw it and pointed at it. "what if they see us," I said while I walked towards Jorge. "They won't," Brenda yelled. "what are you trying to find Thomas. Everyone wants to get in. You won't see something" Thomas looked back. He knows Brenda was right. Suddenly people started running. I looked up. Two big machine guns started shooting.

We ran away into an alley. "everyone okay?" I yelled. Just before they could answer people grabbed our arms and dragged us into vans. Newt and I got separated. I yelled and screamed while the vans drove away. After a while they stopped. They threw us out in a room. I heard Newt screaming. "tell me where the fuck she is" He threw one of the persons out. I looked at him. "Gally?" before he could say anything Thomas ran towards him. He started hitting him. "Gally said you could get us through the walls" Thomas said while he walked towards him. The man looked at us. "he shouldn't make promises he can't keep," the man said while he walked towards us. I looked at his face. It was all black just like a crank. In an intrravenous drip there was a serum. "that wall is only half of your problem, getting inside WICKED is impossible" Gally walked towards him."there might be a way now. But it doesn't work without Thomas and Addison" the man looked at us. "is that so? One person can go with them. Then I know for sure they come back. Lead them through the walls."
