Anna's P. O. V.
"Need time?" I asked Lincoln as he stared at the cemetery, his hands on the steering wheel.

"N-no"he stuttered.

"I got you babe"I said, holding Brian in my arms. "Common"I said, alighting the car, carrying Brian in my arms.

We both went to the cemetery where Lincoln's dad was buried. It was so quiet. I myself was a little bit freaked out. I have never been to a cemetery before.

He alighted the car, with some flowers in his hands, staring at me while he walked towards me. I took his hand in mine as we walked to his dad's grave. I know for a fact that Lincoln loves his dad even though he pushed him away. He was so annoyed he couldn't attend his funeral.

"Tennyson"I said as soon as we got to his grave.

I looked at Lincoln whose eyes were fixed on the grave. He dropped the flowers on the grave, standing upright with his hands in his pockets.

"I'll probably just..."I said, about to leave.

"No"he said, stopping me. "Don't go"he said, staring at the grave.

"Okay"I whispered, petting Brian who was whimpering like he was about to start crying.

"Hey dad. I really hope you can hear me though"he laughed. "I feel like such an asshole for coming to see you after all these months. I mean... I'm sorry"he laughed, pausing a little. "I didn't let you down. I got the company. Thank you for giving me the company dad even though I never wanted it. You knew what was right for me. You always did"he paused. "Getting the company made me lose the best thing that's ever happened to me... I lost her for a while"he paused, looking at me. "And I'm glad I didn't totally lose her"I smiled as he held my hand, looking back at the grave.

"I got married to her 5 months ago and we have a child together"he smiled, looking at Brian. "He's just like you. I copied and pasted your face and he did the same... he looks exactly like me"he gave a little laugh.

A little silence emerged. I squeezed his hand a little, watching him gather the courage to choose his next words.

"Thank you dad"he lowly said. "For the best education... wanting me to be the best and now everyone knows me as this..."he paused. "My net worth increased. I got married to the love of my life. I have a son. Everything is going well. There's nothing more that I would possibly ask for than to have a proper conversation with you on how to handle some parts of this business. You know sometimes I feel so lost and blank in the office... trying to figure out what you would do if you were handling things and I know you're still there... somehow"he paused. "This is Brian dad"he said, taking Brian in his arms. "My son... and Ivanna"he said, looking at me. I was surprised he called my full name. I have never heard him say that.

"My wife"he completed. "I love her so much"he paused with a smile, not breaking eye contact. I smiled,giving him a side hug, resting my head on his chest.

"I'm glad she made me come talk to you. I will never forget you dad and I hope you're resting in peace..."he paused, planting a kiss on my hair. "I love you"

"That wasn't so bad was it?"I said to Lincoln, placing Brian in the safety chair that was placed in the backseat.

He got in the car staring at the cemetery. I got into the car, watching him. He looked so broken.

"Hey"I said, softly holding his chin.

"I'm good"he said, holding my hand, planting a kiss on it.

"I just... really miss him somehow"he said, putting the key in ignition. "I needed this. Thank you babe"he said, driving off.
