Katherine POV;

I am not a Cardinal. Actually, I am a bastards child.

Funny though. Everyone envies me as a Cardinal. But I was not.

I am not a witch. I am nothing like Cardinals and nothing like the Immortal witch.

I am just an air bender and water bender.

Lance father is also my biological father. My mother however is the one I despise the most.

My mother is just a simple water bender. She works as a waitress at a house, and lucky for her she find the Prince of Air Continent drunk and she took advantage of him.

That's how I was made.

But, bad luck is on her side when she thinks the  Air kingdom will took her as a woman for the Prince. The Air Kingdom already got their Princess.

The Kingdom thought it is better if I will be on my father's side. ONLY ME.

Then, because of my mother's power hunger.

She took me away and looks like bad luck is on her side. She was caught by the Air Kingdoms soldiers. But before she could hand me to them, she drop me in a pool of mud.  So, the soldiers couldn't find me.

But lucky for me, I am taken by the Cardinals. Feed me, clothed me, educate me, love me and care for me. I couldn't ask for more.

But not too long as I turn 6.

My biological father came back, but not to fetch. To leave me in the Cardinals forever.

He made a deal. I will not be known as his. From name, to blood from anything. I am not his.

The Cardinals hesitated because they are the family of loving and caring people.

But I agree.

If my father doesn't want me then I won't beg for his love.

I am just lucky to have them.

Buy you know that, bending is different from controlling and manipulating right?

I can just bend air and water but I could even produce them. I need to have water by my side.

But as my Cardinals side. I have a wand. However it's useless.

I cant cast a spell.

Because I am not born to cast a spell.

Tulad nya, I am also exempted.

Why? Because the Cardinals pulled some strings for me since I am first tier.

Masama rin naman ang loob kong tignan ang mga kaibigan kong mamatay. But I have no choice.
