CHAPTER 24
Congratulations

"See you later, bitch!"

She could barely breathe. Every breath she took was as heavy as her problem. She was still stunned, surprised. Everything seemed so unreal.

She had no appetite to eat at all.

"I'm fine, Lola."

Lucia smiled weakly.

Her gaze went to Sherly, the maid whom she asked to buy the pregnancy test kit. She also looked worried.

Her mind was blank. It was over for her. This was the end of everything. She could already see it. She was going down. She was a failure. She was a wreck.

"Aren't you going to tell your parents?"

They arrived at their school, but neither wanted to go out and spend the day as a normal student. This day was different. They weren't just normal students anymore. They would be parents—young parents, indeed.

"Do you think I have the guts to do that?" aniya habang nakatingin sa kawalan.

Sancho sighed. "But you have to, Ayla.

She turned to him, teeth gritting and eyelids were quivering as her tears were welling in her eyes.

Saying those lines out loud reminded her what a failure she was.

Her eyes glimmered in tears. Her throat seemed to had a lump making her hard to breath and swallow.

"Ma, Pa, I fucked up. Ma, Pa, I'm a failure. Ma, Pa, I already have no future. Ma, Pa, I'm a slut."

She whimpered at the last word. Everything that happened to her and Sancho were not just fun and games, it was more than that, and she admit it was beautiful. But this was something she didn't expect, and this wasn't funny nor beautiful at all. This was a misery to her. Her total downfall.

Sampal, bugbog, and worst baka itakwil din ako sa pamilya," she said then scoffed.

Napatingin siya sa mga mata ni Sancho. She didn't say anything, but her eyes were begging something.
