Ch 19: Road Rage

Your P.O.V.

After what happened with our money laundering scheme, things were going good so far. The Saints now had a solid foothold in The Ronin's turf. And to make things better, there has been tons of new recruits coming in.

With that, The Saints have been able to hold of The Ronin. They did try to take back a couple neighborhoods, but I was able to stop them. And right now, I was at Aisha's house waiting for Johnny to get here.

Y/n: Where's Gat?

Aisha: Oh, I sent him to the store, so he--

Suddenly, someone had kicked open Aisha's front door. When we turned to see who it was, it was Johnny. And he had one of The Ronin's thugs with him.fkr some reason. Though if Johnny wasn't there, I probably would of killed the thug he had.

Aisha: Who the hell is that?!

Johnny: That's our new house guest. Caught this asshole riding on our turf.

Y/n: Got something you want to tell me?

That's when the thug spat in my face and told me to "go to hell." And I didn't really like that, and neither did Johnny. So he smashed the thug right through Aisha's glass coffee table.

Aisha: Johnny, I just bought that table.

Johnny: Sorry about that. Now why the fuck are you here?

Robin thug: Whatever you do to me is nothing compared to what Mr. Akuji will do to you.

Johnny: The oyabun? No shit, so whens he coming?

Robin thug: I'll die before I tell you.

With that, Johnny shoots and kills the thug, and much to Aisha's annoyance. And as Aisha was upset about the rug, Johnny said it would "wash out." But I was more concerned about what that Ronin thug was talking about.

Y/n: Who was he talking about?

Johnny: Kazuo Akuji most likely.

Y/n: Who?

Johnny: Kazuo Akuji is the father of Shogo Akuji, the asshole that's in charge of The Ronin.

Y/n: So, who cares?

Johnny: You should. When I was in jail, I would hear some of The Ronin talk about what this guy did in Japan, and it's not pretty.

Y/n: And you think he's all talk?

Johnny: I don't know, but you can bet your ass there's going to be more of these guys looking for the hideout.

Y/n: Alright, I'll deal with them. Do you want to come Johnny?

Johnny: I would, but right now I got to clean up around the house.

Then I saw Aisha with a mop and understood what he meant. So I hopped onto a motorcycle across the street and went to look for The Ronin. I was able to find your of them racing towards Downtown Stilwater.

I was able to stop them, but then I spotted three more. Luckily, I was able to deal with them too before they got to the Red Lights district. After that, I went to check on the hideout to find there were no Ronin attacking. I let out a sigh of relief before my phone started to ring and it was None other than Lin.

Lin: Hey Y/n, are you busy?

Y/n: No, you just caught me at a good time actually. Why?

Lin: Because Anna wants to spend some time with you. And I should warn you she'll just keep on begging until you agree to do it.

Y/n: Alright, I'm on the way.

So I grabbed a car that I had stored by the hideout and made my way over to Lin's apartment. I guess I'm finally getting some of Lin's trust back again. Once I got to the apartment, Lin had answered a moment after I knocked.

Y/n: Is she ready?

Lin: Almost.

Y/n: So, uh, is there anything I should know that I don't already?

Lin: Yeah, she's a bit of a handful, but I don't regret having her.

Y/n: Alright, and I promise I won't let anyone hurt her.

Anna: Hey daddy, I'm ready to go.

Y/n: Alright, come on Anna.

Lin: Oh, and Y/n?

Y/n: Yeah?

That's when Lin caught me by surprise by kissing me. After a moment, I started to kiss back before we stopped. Then I decided to take Anna to the crib to meet Pierce, Shaundi, and Carlos. And from the looks on both Shaundi's and Pierce's face, they were surprised.

Anna had asked me who they were, and I just told them they were business associates of mine. Luckily, Anna had thought that it was true and decided to leave it at that. We all spent the rest of the day just having some fun.

But part of me was worried The Ronin or Samedi would show. I didn't want Anna to see me or the others kill a bunch of gang bangers. Luckily, there wasn't any problems and agree a few hours I brought Anna home. And I had a new reason to eliminate the gangs, to keep Anna safe.

Third P.O.V.

Meanwhile, Shogo was at the Philips Building in Saints Row. He was in the middle of a meeting with Dane Vogel. Apparently, Ultor has been paying The Ronin protection money. But recent events has forced Vogel and Shogo to have to meet.

Shogo: Dane, don't worry, I'll get you your money back.

Vogel: You're missing the point Shogo. The money was insured, and I'm more concerned about you.

Shogo: What?

Vogel: Ultor and The Ronin have had a very healthy relationship in the past. But lately, well, when I pay protection money then I expect some fucking protection.

Vogel was clearly referring to what had happened with Maero. He didn't like having been nearly killed by a mad man in tattoos. But Shogo didn't seem to really care one way or another.

Shogo: Watch yourself Vogel.

Vogel: The Saints are a concern Shogo.

Shogo: Not for long.

Vogel: Why's that?

Shogo: Because I've got my best man working on it now.

Then Shogo called Jyunichi to find out what's he's learned. And it turned out that Jyunichi was right outside of Aisha's house. He was watching as Johnny dumped the dead thug from earlier into a trash bin.

And Jyunichi has told Shogo he would "take care of it, like always." And it was going to end with him getting the money back. And Jyunichi already had a plan to get the job done. And it wasn't going to end as he thought it would.
