A mindless prank
Five Years later - Sixth year
Monroe
"SIRIUS ORION BLACK HURRY YOUR ARSE UP RIGHT NOW!" I yelled into the boys dorm waiting for him to get ready. He was always the last one to finish getting ready and we never left without each other.
Sirius opened the door with a hurt look on his face, "My name is Padfoot, Rowie. I never want to hear my middle name for another 100 years. It scares me when I hear it." He shivered.
Seeing him open the door made me see how much he had changed. I had seen him a lot, but we went from being the same height, to now being a foot apart in height. He hovered over me like a plane compared to our first year.
I took his shoulder and pushed him in front of me and down the stairs. The other three Marauders were very delighted to see their friend finally ready for breakfast. Sirius held his infamous smirk as the Gryffindor girls passed.
I stopped pushing him and walked out of the portrait hole with my friends behind me. As we walked into the Great Hall, all eyes were on us. Sirius and James strutting into the room. Remus holding back his laughter as James winked at Lily. Peter beside him counting the girls Sirius winked at and then there was me. The leader of the crazy Marauders. All the boys and girls wanted us and some wished they were us.
I took my seat between James and Sirius as Remus and Peter sat on the other side. I piled my plate with food, just for Sirius to take my whole plate. He pecked me on the head before diving into the food.
"Padfoot, I'm about to stop making your list of snogged girls if you don't give me my plate back. Please try to remember a girl's name then." I threatened.
He slowly scooted the plate back over to me while the other boys held back their grins. Sirius was not one with good memories, nor cared to ask their names. So the next day after he would makeout with them, we would find them, so I could write their names in a list for him.
"That reminds me, I need help tracking down another girl. We kissed a few times and she became really attached. I had to hide from her last night and I can't even ask her to stop because I don't know her name." Sirius told me.
I rolled my eyes while I took a sip of my juice, "How about you get someone else to do it this time? I am tired of all the names, or hey maybe you already snogged her. Look on the damn list."
Sirius looked down at his plate which he was filling, "Well you see, I wouldn't know because after I cut them off, I can't seem to remember their names again. I can't match names with faces."
"Why can't you just be like a normal almost seventeen year old! You will be seventeen in two damn months and you can't seem to find it within yourself to find a girl you like enough to stick with" I loudly asked him.
The boys went silent. James, Remus, and Peter seemed to be holding back their grins, while Sirius sent them draggers with his eyes. It seemed like the three of them had something to say, but Sirius wouldn't let them.
"Hey Padfoot, maybe you should get love stricken like Prongs over here, and then maybe you wouldn't need the list. I think you could find a nice young girl who you fancy." Remus offered.
"I am not love stricken, Moony. I am in love. One is a phase and Lily Evans is no phase. She is the woman I will marry one day. Just watch me now that Sinvellus is gone." James remarked.
"Prongs, I don't think that she will take an interest in you. It was us five who were messing with Snape when he called her name. If we hadn't caused his anger, everything wouldn't have happened." Peter pointed out
