I have always wanted to kill him anyway

Sirius zipped the back of my dress and looked at my through the mirror. He rested his head on my shoulder and kissed my neck, "I will be right there beside you the whole time. I'm not leaving."

I nodded, then turned around and pulled him into a hug. We stayed silent, as the silence was loud enough. I pulled back and wiped away a tear, "It's time. The others must be waiting for us downstairs." He took his hand in mine and we walked out of the room.

As we walked down the stairs, everyone had a sadden look on their faces. Kade had his hands shoved in his pockets, while Beth clutched onto his arm. Uncle Carson had joined us with his son, Marcus. Fleamont and Euphemia Potter were talking to James and Regulus quietly.

Uncle Carson pulled me into a hug and gave me a weak smile, "Hey, Kiddo. You ready to get the hardest part over with?"

I nodded and went over to Kade. He finally looked at something besides the floor when I walked up to him. I wrapped my arm around his free arm, "We need to go, Kade."

He nodded and I turned back to the others to tell them we were leaving. Sirius and Regulus clutched onto each other, James held Lily, and Remus wrapped his arm around Marlene. Peter said he couldn't make it due to something with his family.

We walked outside on the cobblestone driveway and down to the steal gates. We couldn't apparate on the lot due to the new enchantments that were placed on the house after Mother had gotten sick.

I lost my balance a bit, but Kade stabilized Beth and I, as we landed. We looked ahead at the new tombstone that was put where both of our parents were buried. Even if Father's body wasn't there.

Cline Flint.
January 15th, 1926 - December 28th, 1978.
A loving mother to kids of her own and ones who she saw as her own. Surrounded by all her kids as she moved on to the next life.

Lily and Marlene came forward and laid flowers on her grave. Fleamont and Mia thanked her for helping them raise the kids. James thanked her for raising such great kids. Sirius held onto Regulus as he stared at the tombstone, silently crying.

Kade pulled away from Beth's hold, and brought Regulus under his arm. Regulus was like a little brother to Kade, and Regulus spent a lot of time at Airson Palace, as Sirius spent a lot of time at the Potter's home. Regulus was like the third child to Mother.

Kade held Regulus under his arm, as I went forward to speak, "Cline Flint was not only a mother to Kade and I, but a mother to most of us here. She was a wonderful sister to Carson, and a amazing aunt to Marcus. Marcus won't remember this, only being three, but Mum would bake him cookies anytime he came over to our home during the holidays. She loved us all so much. I don't know what I'm going to do without her, but I know she's in peace now."

I went back and Sirius pulled me under his arm as I cried into his chest. Regulus fixed his coat and went forward. He closed his eyes for a moment and took a deep breathe.

He turned and looked at the grave, before turning back to us, "Cline, was more than just someone to hold you when you cried. She was a mother to many, including me. She took me under her wing when I had no one. Anytime Monroe told her that Sirius and I's mother sent us an awful letter, she would send us both one telling us how wrong our mother is about us. Cline wasn't just a step-in-mum. She was my Mum." He turned back and looked at the grave again, "I'm going to miss you."

------

It had been two months since burying my mother. It was late February and the snow was covering the ground worse than it did in December. I stared out the flat's window waiting for my time to leave.
