Airsons

The purest and most evil to ever be born of any purebloods across the globe. They were extremely talented and their power was beyond any form of explanation. Their power was beautiful. 

However, their power and greed grew too strong that Merlin himself had to take control. He cursed them to have what they wanted, but with a strong price that could never be paid off and if it was, then the world would be at stake. They could never have a female heir or their family would be doomed. 

Any female heir would cause destruction in their family.

Years passed and life was good for the family. They had the power they wanted and almost every pureblood woman wanted to marry into the family because to them it was a gift to birth a male heir into The Airson family.

Cline Flint was no different. She fell in love with Zain Airson - the first in line for the Airson throne - from a young age. Their parents agreed for them to marry and life was perfect. That was until Zain's greed went farther than just power.

The newlywed Cline Airson had trouble conceiving a child for her husband and their family. All she wanted was to birth an Airson male because it was her job. If she could give birth to a male heir then she would be seen as a savior to the Airson line, despite Zain having plenty of brothers to take care of the line. 

Years later, they finally had their male heir: Kade Ashton Airson. He was the perfect heir and would carry on the Airson name, along with Zain's four brothers and their sons.

Kade was everything Zain had dreamed of and he wanted another son. He wanted a friend for this son, but also a back up heir. He received his heir, but not in a way he ever thought of.

Five years after Kade was born, Cline was pregnant again. Zain and her were thrilled, but the birth of their second child changed everything for not only the two of them, but the Airson line as a whole. 

On November 4th, 1959, one day after Walburga Black had her first son, Cline gave birth. She gave birth to a daughter: Monroe Sky Airson. The first girl in generations.

Merlin warned the Airson family about their curse and what would happen if they kept their child if it was a girl. Zain did not care about a curse placed over a thousand years ago. Zain only saw this as another chance to have more power. While the males had their own curse, so did the females that were born into the family.

This is the story of the Airson family and their destruction, but also how love can add onto that destruction.

You can only ignore something for so long, before it becomes so clear that you can't anymore.
