Tobi was sat in a cell, with his hands cuffed together and his feet chained to the back wall. His cuffs had electrical charges, and were specifically reinforced. Anything that felt aggressive would cause them to discharge a wave of electricity through his body. It would have been enough to knock out any normal man, but Tobi never lost consciousness, no matter how many shocks tore through him from the inside. Now, though, he was just sitting there, in the cell, staring at the cold stone floor. The walls were the same, grey and cold, like his heart. The reinforced steel bars before him were thick and close together, allowing no possible escape.
Despite it all, Tobi was not phased. He simply sat in silence, contemplating his plan of action when he would inevitably break out. The asylum was based in the region of Orre, which was even further away from Kanto than Almia. Out in the desert, the massive complex stood, housing lunatics from far and wide. 'Mentally ill' they were called. "Ha..." Tobi chuckled, now looking up. "Ha ha... Hahaha!"
He laughed away to himself at the absurdity of it all. They actually thought that he was contained safely in a lunatic asylum, with no chance of breaking free... But the asylum would soon find out that it had taken in its most dangerous inmate yet.

"You're sure you want to do this?" Jamie asked, holding a PokeBall in his hand.
"No." I admitted. "But we're going to anyway."
"All right... Are you ok, Toby?"
"I don't even know." I shook my head, my hand shaking. "Let's just get on with this..."
By the side of the house, we had our battle ground on the grass. Lydia stood by in silence, as I dug myself into a deep hole of awkwardness.
"Charmeleon, go!" Jamie launched his PokeBall.
The Flame Pokemon appeared and spat a small ember from his mouth. The horn-like protrusion on the back of his head seemed intimidating enough, even before he flared his fangs.
"All right... Angela, go!" I threw her into her first proper battle.
My Milotic stood tall with her shiny blue hair-like fins trailing down her slender frame. She seemed nervous, but willing to fight to her best ability.
"Wow... It's pretty..." Lydia commented.
"Use Tackle!" I ordered.
Angela launched herself forward, using her long body as a spring to generate more power behind her attack.
"Dodge it!" Jamie countered. His Pokemon leapt to the side, as Angela thundered past.
"Tackle again!" I roared. I then realised that Tackle was the only move she knew.
"Dammit..."
She came at Charmeleon again, but missed.
"Metal Claw!"
Charmeleon swivelled round and slashed away at Angela with his hardened claws that were like steel. She wailed and backed away to avoid further harm.
"Don't tell me you've lost it?" Jamie sounded disappointed.
"Ugh... Lost what?"
"It. The touch. Your battling prowess."
"Gh..." I watched as his Pokemon tore into mine. Had I lost it? At one time, battling had made me happy, but now... I was using it as a tool to cover up my jealousy... "No. I... I can still win... We can..."
"Flamethrower!"
Charmeleon blasted his stream of fire right into Angela's body, and she couldn't get out of the way. It might not have been very effective, but Angela had no way to counteract it.
