299 AC, Stark Camp, Riverlands

The sky was almost completely covered from Alyssa's view, but through the holes between the branches she could see the red comet that travelled across the blue sky. The tail almost seemed to cover half the sky, splitting the blue into halves.

"It's an omen," Beric said from beside her, "The Lord of Light has sent us a sign in the form of dragon's breath across the sky."

"And what does the omen mean?" Alyssa asked, "According to your Lord?"

"I'm no priest, My Lady," Beric said, "But a sign like this can have many meanings. Some say it symbolises the return of the dragons."

"And others will probably think it means Lannister victory or that is an omen for the blood that will spill," Alyssa countered.

"I'm afraid that this is where we must depart, My Lady," Beric stopped at the edge of the woods. Before her Alyssa could see a field full of tents and the Stark banners fluttering in the wind.

"You do not wish to come with us?" Alyssa asked, "We need all the able warriors we can get."

"Not now, My Lady," Beric nodded his head, "This is not the war we must stand by your side. But when the time comes, the Brotherhood will be there."

"I must admit," Alyssa said, "I find it extremely annoying when people speak in riddles."

That made Beric chuckle and he bowed on his horse, "I look forward to our next meeting, My Lady," he told her before turning to her sons, "My Lords," he gave them a nod before turning his horse around and riding away.

"Of all the things he has said in the past two days, I have understand about two things," Edmund told them.

"Get used to it," Alyssa said, "These days no one says anything clearly. Now, are you ready to see your cousin? - I will race you there."

Alyssa nudged Balerion's side and the horse galloped away from the boys who shouted something in the background before they chased after her.

When they reached the camp none of the guards stopped their entrance, probably seeing who it was that rode through the camp. Alyssa noticed some minor northern Lords bowing their heads as she galloped through the camp and once she reached the center of the camp she pulled Balerion into a halt.
