•Levi:

-He leaves you in bed in the morning to sleep some more, after all it is your special day.
I think he'd rather a quiet celebration for the both of you, even when it is his birthday, he doesn't like the loud and over-the-top party
-So he'd make you breakfast and watch you from the other side of the table with his lips twitching upwards.
-"Clean yourself up and meet me at the garage." You knew that in Levi's language, that meant 'look pretty'
-He takes you to an isolated park and basically it's just a picnic date lmaoooo
-except he's way more honest with his feelings, after all it is your birthday

•Eren:

-The moment it's morning he tries to be super sneaky but he can't hold himself back from thrashing the sheets off of you two and yelling about how you're a big girl now lmao
-It's him making sure there's not one dull moment, it's just action the whole day. Lazertagging, amusement park with friends, eating out and then finally when you two get home you're just tuckered tf out.
-You don't even get to process that you're a year older, it's just fun, fun, fun for the whole day and then knocked out sleep.

•Bertholdt:

-He's acting like it's his own birthday with how excited he is, making it to your liking and leaving out anything that would make the day stressful
-Like if you guys had a Bertl junior, he'd probably give it to Reiner or Marcel to take care of for the day.
-If you were an introvert, he'd make a small comfy movie marathon for nighttime where you're both wearing facemasks and just eating while a movie is on
-If you're an extrovert he gets his friends to help him prepare a party but I'm guessing he prepares a party either way LMAO

•Reiner:

-Boy he had thought about what to get you for a whole month, prior to your birthday. Every time you were at the store he'd stop by places you would. Which is confusing but you guessed he may be interested in your hobbies now.
-Which did lead you to teach him things that you like (for example, knitting, you taught him how to crochet) but he only ended up with a messed up ball of knots lmao
-I think when the day comes, he'd slowly become more confident in himself. You already knew it was your birthday but he pretended like he didn't know LMAOOO which just lead to playful arguing in the morning
-"It's my birthday."
-"No it isn't."
-"I think I know when my birthd"-
-"Have a cupcake." He stuffs it in your mouth so you can shut up.

•Jean:

-He knows you probably don't like surprises and most likely wakes you up with a little boop on your nose. "Wake up birthday girl~" He tickles your belly.
-He will and can make you glad that you were born (because who likes living anymore???)
-I can just tell he sucks the life out of you by saying you're turning into a granny- I guess you both do. Especially since sometimes he hurts his back and you find him on the bed wincing. "Jean don't age on me, we haven't even got kids yet"-
-"Oh shut up!"

•Armin:

-He's just so sweet, he got up early to make the house look pretty and had some help from his friends, of course, he woke you up gently and told you to get ready with a kiss on your forehead.
-Out of pure paranoia he had been planning everything for the past week just to make sure he wouldn't mess anything up
-Honestly, it's a great time. Whether it's just you two or the entire world, Armin just has the best presence
